You Are Mine

“Baby shall we go out for dinner tomorrow?” he asked her. “You forgot honey? I have a party tomorrow” she looked at him with a confused face. “I know, am just asking” “then how can……” she paused and looked at him. “What?” she didn’t reply. “Why are you staring at me?” “You tell me what’s wrong” she questioned him with a little smile. “Nothing, just want to…… I mean” “what you mean?” she was not letting her eyes out of him. “Do you want to go to the party?” “Don’t you want me to go” she cross-questioned him. “Stop questioning me,” he said with an irritating face.

“Ok, I won’t….. what’s wrong honey” she held his hand. “Don’t go to the party baby” “it’s my family party how can I……” “but baby” “tell me properly what’s in your mind” he didn’t say anything. “Honey” she kept her face straight. “What?” he was not looking at her. “Look at me” he turned towards her. “Why shouldn’t I go to the party?” “I want to spend time with you” his voice was soft. “Don’t lie to me, honey” she said with a serious tone. “Why will I lie baby” “because it’s written on your face that you are lying to me. Tell me what’s going on?” again he sat silently without answering her anything. “Ok tell me the reason I won’t go to the party” “really baby” there was a sudden excitement in his voice.

 “Speak out” “everybody will be around you and you won’t be comfortable baby” “hello…. It’s my family and friends why will I not be comfortable around them, you are gone mad” she pointed at him. “Try to understand me baby,” he said with a pleasing tone. “What?” “It’s not about your family, it’s about your……” “Oh honey…. So you are worried about my friend” she got a naughty smile on the face. “No I am not, but why did you invite him?” he finally said. “I didn’t invite him my parents did, by the way his parents, my parents we are family friends honey” she explained him. “Yes of course, you and your parents will give him a lot of importance” “oh boyfriend you look so cute when you are jealous” she touched his cheek. “I am not jealous” he removed her hand from his cheek. “Ok you are not” “he is always around you, flirts with you, he is…..” “Honey we are friends from ages, he is my childhood friend so he is a bit close to me” she interrupted his flow. “A bit close, really…… he is too close,” he said with sarcasm.

 “Don’t be so possessive” “of course I am possessive, I am jealous ok, you are my girlfriend and I will be possessive” he held her shoulders and said. She looked straight into his eyes and smiled. “Don’t smile baby” “ok you come with me” “where?” “To the party honey” “no, your whole family will be there” he looked away. “Why you are worried about him?” he looked at her seriously. “Of course he is my friend but you are my boyfriend, my love. You are special to me” she held both of his hands. “I know baby but I don’t like him” “my cute jealous boyfriend I love you and…..”  “And you are mine” he hugged her.
