You Are Allowed

Disrobing herself in the boudoir, when Ankita clasped Ranjan to make love, blatantly, Ranjan refused. I am not permitted to do this blunder, I truly love you, Ankita, I know you are going to marry and I have no rights on you, but why will I conquer your body whose soul I have stashed in my heart?

Wiping the trickling tears and again arraying herself in dress, Ankita whispered, 'forgive me, forgive me, I couldn't keep my words, I can't be your partner for life, but do promise, you will not live alone, you will marry someone and try to give her the love which I had cherished.

Allowing the silence to prevail for sometime, Ranjan whispered, 'Ankita, situation has separated us, but past time has given us moments of true love and remembering those moments, now I respect your present and future, you will remain in my heart in the niche, and don't worry, I will not spoil my life, I will live for the good of my family and accomplish everything that is required.'

Looking into Ranjan's eyes, Ankita whispered, 

'Can I touch you for a moment and place my head on your shoulder before you leave?, Removing the hair on Ankita's face, Ranjan told, 'You are allowed.'
