Chapter 5 "Cat and Mouse game"

A person Knocks the door and another person listens to it carefully and opens the door. A screechy sound is heard as the door opens and guess who these two persons are? yes, the students of Prithvidas they are hiding in a old wooden house of a forest ranger.

Any news about professor, asks Madhav and Adhav working on a thesis under the candle light covered with glass replies "Wait, he will surely send us some information."

Before two months, at a hotel

Sir, we will pay for our food, no need. Madhav, I invited you both now to share my thoughts to you. Adhav tells Sir, we accept it but you try to develop a good bond between us alone all the time, I have noted it before.

Prithvidas says you too are prodigies and Now let me speak my ideology, Tell me What is a Ethic? Yes, let me Elaborate Prithvidas and continues their dialog. Madhav and Adhav take backseat in their dialog.

"You know many of the biggest scams like getting large loans from Bank, they left to other countries and that countries protect them using their lame laws as that money, actually our country's money is invested in their country's economy, but can a common man mention this situation and escape from paying his loan, he should have some ethics right, he should do his job and surely some good officers will solve this problem. So we must prove our theory ethics is more important, I need you to do this."

The trio decide to make the society realize importance of ethics by killing an ethic less person.

After orchestrating their plan, Prithvidas sends them to hiding. Madhav and Adhav spend their time secretly in a hidden forest ranger's tree house.

At present,

Vishwa asks sundar, his new writer friend to take care of his work as he start tracking prithvidas on his own.

Tara sees Vishwa behaving unusually and keeps a check on him. The Young crime scene investigator Mathews starts his work with the sample he made using the pin he found as reference. Mathews job keeps him low as number of cases he involved still not increased, his friends working in other jobs improving their life style.

Mathews finally uses the physical characteristics of that sample matches those of pins used in straps of a wrist watch, He feels glad about that and searches for the companies that produce these model of watches and he uses his colleagues in collecting the list of companies and then list of potential buyers.

The final list shocks him as 50 members comes in the list, who are regular users. Now he need to figure out who is the culprit.

Vishwa gets the details of Prithvidas and soon arranges for an meeting with him through his mutual friend in Prithvidas house. Next day, Vishwa and Prithvidas slowly discuss about ethics.

Prithividas's eyes sees the mirror at a distance behind Vishwa. Vishwa starts talking about murder case and Prithividas keeps calm. Vishwa says "Enough Prithvi sir, I know you are behind this one."Prithividas smiles and says "I suspected it earlier you must know this one and let us speak more on this."

Prithvidas gets up and holds Vishwa by his throat, He shouts and pushes Vishwa back and hits Vishwa's head into the mirror.

Vishwa falls down and murmurs. Prithividas says "Killing you is not my goal, it will be my next problem. " Vishwa gathers his strength and looks for any materials and rolls towards Prithividas pushing him down. Vishwa sits on the legs of Prithvidas, holds both his hands and takes the coffee tray kept on table nearby.

Vishwa feeling giddy starts hitting pritividas on his head faster and he ensures prithvidas is unconscious and gets up.

Vishwa calls his friend JP who is waiting outside and they safely transfer Prithividas to their underground room in their office godown. Sakunthan waits their with necessary medications and Vishwa thanks him for accepting and taking part in their plan. Vishwa gets treated by Sakunthan and he gets a phone from Tara stating their parents are pressuring to arrange the marriage soon.

Vishwa controlling his pain says "Ok, next month end will it be fine?". For engagement Vishwa asks Tara. Vishwa smiles and says for marriage.

With no movement of instructions from Prithividas, Madhav and Adhav urge to meet Prithvidas at his home or their secret meeting place.

Mathews and Team finally after a month finds the watch belongs to madhav as he is present in the list, was seen near the salt factory frequently and using his current missing status along with his friend Adhav. They search them with a warrant from CBCID. But results turn out to be negative, they are hiding in a safe place.

Meanwhile in a bar, Forest ranger helping madhav and adhav is drinking a lot. His friend's son arnav goes to the same bar and meets the forest ranger. Arnav is also a CBCID officer. They both drink a lot and Forest ranger smiles saying Arnav, you know how difficult it is to patrol forest. I will stay alone there but you know now I am happy, two persons is there to accompany me. It is illegal uncle says arnav.

But you know I am brilliant, I am saving them from a case. What is their name uncle? Madhav and Adhav says Forest ranger. Arnav says ok uncle, come let us got to my apartments. Ok, tomorrow I am going to my duty. Arnav takes him to his home and fixes a GPS in his shirt after giving a change of clothes.

Arnav drops him in Bus Stand and sends an officer to follow him with a backup team getting ready to nab forest ranger, Madhav and Arnav. The Team arrests Madhav, Adhav, Forest ranger.

As per Prithividas plan, a lawyer comes to their aid to argue in court.

Vishwa and Tara marriage happens at a marriage hall. They get an gift from their Indie office workers, that is an artwork showing both working on a comic. Both look at it and smile gently holding each other's shoulders.

Prithividas is dizzy to dose of medicine from Prithvidas. Shakunthan checks his pulse and Prithvidas starts speaking "I heard you destroyed the life of a woman."

How you know asks Shakunthan. I heard you speaking about this to JP. Yes, I feel responsible for that one says Shakunthan. No, your friend Vishwa is responsible. Stop it says Shakunthan. You exacted his revenge and even he is not thanking you but made you feel you are a bad person.

Stop saying it says Shakunthan Vishwa is using you and stupid you not realizing it.

Stop it... shakunthan says and starts hitting Prithividas.

Shakunthan kicks Prithvidas and he falls along with chair at the end of room where keys are left.

Shakunthan lifts the chair and leaves it at the end of room and leaves for Vishwa's reception locking the room. Prithividas has his hands, legs and body tied. He rotates his tied hands for a while and takes the keys left there and starts cutting the rope.

Slowly he frees his hands after an hour, Now he frees his body and then legs. He waits there and After 5 hours, Shakunthan returns with glucose bottles for Prithividas. Prithividas waits at the side of opening door.

Shakunthan opens the door and comes in. Prithividas surprise him by holding his throat from back. Prithividas suffocates him and drags him to his car itself.

The lawyer of Madhav and Adhav present their alibi but Mathews successfully proves that alibi is wrong with evidence. Madhav, Adhav and Forest Ranger is put in jail.

JP returns to meet Shakunthan at the go down and gets shocked seeing Prithividas, Shakuthan missing. He calls Vishwa.

Vishwa and Tara goes to meet Aradhana but gets shocked as she is missing from the hospital.

Prithividas drives the car showing Aradhana various things on road and Shakunthan tied with rope is in the back of car.
