The daily hustle bustle and chaos had made her cranky. Job, kids, home management; everything had become monotonous for Shreya. She had become impatient and would lose her calm very frequently. Unknowingly, Shreya was trying to be a super mom; a mom who could do anything and who was ready to do anything. But, the outcome was not as per her expectations. She was being taken for granted. Both kids as well as Neerav, her hubby were taking her for granted. Shreya would then feel stressed and low.

" Why do I feel so low and not happy? Is anything wrong with me", she would purposely be in a denial mode. She was losing her sleep and wasn't able to concentrate. A call from her best friend Smita turned out to be a game changer.

"I and few of my friends are going to Goa. Do you want to join us? An all-ladies trip! No kids", she asked.

"What? How can I leave kids behind? How will they stay?", Shreya retorted.

"Why? Neerav is there naa. They are his responsibility as well", Smita smirked.

"Neerav, I am planning to go to Goa with my friends this weekend sans kids". There was silence on the dining table for a minute. Neerav wasn't used to all this. Who will take care of house and kids?", he sounded a bit angry. "I am just going for three days. Moreover, everyone wants a break. So do I. I have finalized my trip".

Shreya didn't wait to hear the answer. She couldn't believe it. Finally, she did it her way. Shreya felt light and better that day. She could sleep properly. The next thing she had to do was packing the bags.
