Happiness depends on ourselves

"Ramesh, you shall not go to school today", instructed Babu.

"But why baba? Yesterday, also I didn't go", retorted Ramesh.

"You shall go to granary again and bring the sacks to market", ordered Babu.

"Baba, I promise. I will do your work after coming back. Teacher's are conducting an exam", Ramesh requested.

Babu finally got convinced and let him go with his friends who were waiting outside his small hut.

Ramesh was excited going to his small school; he had an urge to learn always.

After his class he would help his baba with work and then study.

While coming back from school, the three friends would always take a dip in pond, enjoy the splashes . That would rejuvenate them for the remaining tough day.

Ramesh and his friends managed to stay happy and feel blessed to be able to study and enjoy each other 'a company.

" Abhi, it has been an hour you came back from school. Now at least change your clothes and have the food", shouted Komal.

"No mom. I am feeling still hot. Let me sit in AC for some more time. Get my food here only".

Komal , as usual had to relent to his demands.

" Mom , today was such a tiring day. AC didn't work in classes. Anyways, did you repair the Jaccuzi of my bathroom?" he questioned.

" No Abhi, I was very busy. I just forgot"

" Oh mumma, you never do any work in time. Please get the things done lest I won't take bath tomorrow."

Abhi never appreciated the comforts and blessings he was bestowed with.
