Veg Biryani Does Exists!

Dear Diary,

Hello again! 

Well, it's another day, another piece of paper on which I'll be sharing what all have I done throughout! 

Nothing special, but yes! Mom did make us Dhokla today and it was literally tasty! 

The texture, the flavor, the sponginess in it was just perfect! Also, today again I cooked for my family. Nothing special but Biryani (a veg one) I don't know why people say veg Biryani doesn't exist and that is cooked is pulao, but that's not the truth! We do have veg Biryani. There's a lot of difference between the two! Pulao doesn't have vegetables in it! And I feel, what I prepared was up to the mark! I mean it was not finger-licking but tasted good!

Today was all about cooking you know! I and mom had spent more than half of our day in the kitchen.

And yes, mom's hand is recovering now. She's feeling better these days

Well, again that's all how my these 24 hours went! I will meet you tomorrow again!
