Indian Cuisine In USA!

Dear Diary,

How are you doing?

Well, I'm happy today, unlike other days. You know why? Because today we had a video call all away to the USA! 

Yes!! My cousin who got married in 2018, celebrates his wedding day on the 26th every year.

Well, let me clear you. His anniversary is on the 26th but since both of them are in the US and we have a time gap of 11.5 hours, so we called him today to wish.

Basically it was a belated wish!

But I tell you, the dishes my sister in law had prepared for their special day were so tempting!! I mean they are living thousands of km away, but it didn't seem so because of her Indian Cuisine!

Shahi Paneer, Dum Aloo, Butter Naan, Dark Chocolate Cake, Veg Biryani, Gulab Jamuns, and what not! Ever since I've seen the pictures, my mouth has been watering.

Also, on-call we saw their house which is built really beautifully with endless varieties of flowers. It was a good time and the only thing I enjoyed in my boring day!!

See you tomorrow again!
