Tryst with Destiny

Ashok and Ramesh were fast friends. Both studied in the same college. Ramesh was standing for the college president's election while Ashok supported him.

There was another student named Vedant who also stood for the president's post. He knew that Ramesh was more popular in college and would surely win if the elections were fought in a pure manner.

So he conspired against Ramesh and put him behind bars in a false stealing case!

Ashok knew that this was the work of Vedant. Ashok's elder brother was a defence lawyer in the city. He took his help. Together both the brothers started finding clues to prove the innocence of Ramesh. They took the help of Vivek who was another student of the college with a bully nature. He was also against Vedant as last year Vedant had similarly conspired against him and he too spent many days behind bars!!

And lost a year in college too!!After that there was a change in his character and he became a bully and strong headed person. He made his own gang in college and everyone was in awe of this gang! This gang was named as The Defenders and they helped the innocent and simple students who sought their help!!

First they caught hold of Sujoy who had brought the false allegation in Ramesh's name. He claimed to have lied!!They took him to the police where his statement was recorded. He took back his F. I. R. and Ramesh was released. They also requested to forgive Sujoy and not arrest him for lodging false allegation, as it would affect his career. Sujoy asked for forgiveness and promised never to do such a thing again!

Ramesh participated in the college election and won. He got 90% of the votes. Vedant never troubled them again.

Thus Ramesh won his tryst with destiny because of friends like Ashok, his brother and the defenders!!
