Tomorrow

There is a usual saying tomorrow. It goes like this, we should never postpone our things for tomorrow. The thing is that we never know what tomorrow would bring us. I remember that day when I attended a session by one of the brilliant faculties of Cochin shipyard school. She narrated an inspirational story that was autobiographical in nature. As she was telling that story, I noticed tears rolling down her cheeks. It was her story. The story goes like this... Being the principal of Cochin shipyard school, she led a busy life. She had an aged mother.

Her mother was staying away from her. One day she received a call from her mother.

But she did not attend the call. The reason was that her mother used to call and talk for a long time. Being the head of a well-established school, she didn't find time for her mother. She went to school as she had an urgent meeting. While she was conducting the meeting, she received an urgent call. The message was that her mother passed away due to a sudden cardiac arrest. That was the end. We should not postpone anything for tomorrow. The teacher taught that she could talk with her mother after a few days. Unfortunately, it didn't happen.
