Thief

I am a graduate but did not get job. Empty stomach forced me to pick pockets in buses. Today I pick a pocket which forces me to not sleep. This wallet has 20000 bucks and a letter which seems that it has been written by a man to his wife.

 

“Dear Kamla,

 I know that this 2000 is not enough and our baby “Simar” may die tomorrow as his operation can’t be done as Saint Joseph Hospital need minimum 50000 Rupees deposit. 

 This is the best I could do. I will try to join you before operation time and may bring more money.

 Please forgive, if i could not.

 Your poor husband,

Rajan”

 

I have seen it many times and it is hurting me. So I wrote a new letter.

 

“Dear Kamla,

 My friend is directly depositing Rs. 50000 in hospital, please tell doctors to start treatment fast. I will be joining you before operation time and I may bring more money.

 Your husband,

Rajan”

 

And I left my room with this letter and 50000 bucks on route to Saint Joseph Hospital.
