THE WISHFUL ANT

Once upon a time, there was an ant. She was very wishful and one day thought to herself,” I have never thought why God has made me so small? To bring water I have to go 5 km away. If I would have been as big as elephant, I would cover long distance in less time”. And she now prayed harder and harder everyday and one night she became an elephant. She was very happy and excited and went out. One day she realised that, her house was very small for her and by mistakenly she stamped on it. She became very sad and had to go in the forest.

She was not happy there because she had to survive in the winter and in monsoon without shelter. But, one day zoo keeper came to the forest and took the elephants; one of them was the ant. She kept weeping and praying to God. In the zoo she was not getting good food to eat and water to drink. It was very uncomfortable for her. The God appeared before her and advised the ant,” Be happy with what you have!” The God granted her wish and he also made a small house again for the ant. The ant lived happily ever after and the God blessed her.

You should be happy with whatever you have.
