DISCLAIMER NOTE: Due to the strong violence and gore sequences, the story needs to be guided by Parents, if children of 12 and 13 years age read this story...

(This is the life of Sai Akhil and his Perennial love. He narrates the events that he encountered in his life.)

"Love is eternal, irrespective of religion and caste. The emotions and romance are Perennial. It's painful as well as sweet."

I didn't expect this kind of twist in my life. If I have not come to Delhi in this month of February 2020, if CAA have not been passed, then I could not have come to Delhi riots now. I am now badly injured...the knife have entered deep into my stomach....but, my mind persists to think about my beloved ones...

I know where is my love Vishalakshi. They are all safe in the annex. We are now in Brahmapuri to control the riots...

This is one of the place, which gets attacked by the protesters, led by Hindu as well as Muslims. My friend Muhammad Nausath is struggling to breath after being attacked by the protesters...

We both joined in Indian Army together and are close friends, with Sai Adhithya too. He is now fighting to save Jaffrabad from the attacks...

Before entering into Indian Army, our life was totally different. My life was completely opposite.

When I was four years old, my father died in the 2008 Mumbai Bomb blasts. He have been assigned to protect the cities. My mother, who already opposed my father's profession, died by accidentally falling off from the cliff...unable to bear the shock...

I was left orphaned...but, my grandfather Rangaswamy raised me. He was an 60 year old ex-Colonel, served in Indian Army during Kargil war 1999.

Our family's ancestors are great warriors from Chera periods to British and modern Era...Since 8 years, my grandfather trained me in Martial arts skills such as Adimurai, Valari and Kalaripayattu.

I was thought Bhagavat Gita, Mahabharata and Ramayana, which explained several inspiring themes and quotes...

Initially, I felt disgusted....but, my grandfather one day asked me, "Sai Akhil. Have you read about Arjuna and Lord Krishna in Bhagavat Gita?"

I replied him, "Yes Grandfather. I have read...Lord Krishna told about Bhagavat Gita to Arjuna....Indeed, he guided them during the Kurusethra War"

"Yeah. Here, I am Lord Krishna for you...you are Arjuna...you have the same characteristics of Arjuna...but, your mental strength is weaker...have you read about a part of Drona and Arjuna?" asked my grandpa..

I replied, "Yes Grandpa...I have read about several things of Drona and Aswathama...among those, I liked his task against Pandava.:"

"Hmm...why did you like that part?" asked my grandpa...

I told, "Because, except Arjuna, the other four didn't win the task given by Drona..."

"Why? Why didn't they win?" asked my grandfather...

I replied him saying, "Because, for Arjuna he was able to see the bird as his target. While the others saw trees and other things like wood, home...they didn't focus on bird..."

"Exactly...for us, aim is the only target" said my grandpa..

Even though we are not brahmins, Christian or Muslim, I read Garuda Literature, Bible and attended church prayers, monks and our temple cultural rituals...

We didn't see caste or religion...I developed the spirit of patriotism when I was just 15 years old...

When I was in 8th, I met Sai Adhithya and Mohammed Nausath...initially, I wasn't good with them...because, they were arrogant and suffered severe anger management troubles..

Sai Adhithya was adopted by my grandfather, since he was an orphan like me...Nausath's father Noor Mohammed is a close friend to my Grandpa...and he is a police officer...

Years went on as such and we finally completed our school career. Aftermath, I joined my college after attending online classes for two years between 2017-2018, due to some political issues and riots. It was completely different from school. We are by now, final year students...

Ragging and eve teasing is common. Caste and religious problems are also quite common in college. It was a bit challenging task for us to manage the troubles in college.

However, we changed and adapted the principles of college slowly...as I saw the caste and religious dominance, I tried to change the student's mind, despite being brilliant in academics and focussed on NCC...

Since, my grandfather used to tell me, "We have to focus upon our career...but, we should also help the needy."

It was not that much easier for us to change the caste system in the college...henceforth, I wrote a novel titled "Our India", focusing on three themes of Patriotism, Caste issues, Religious dominance and finally the social issues.

I initially, thought that it would be left unnoticed by many...but when it got published, many praised me a lot for bringing into the light of realistic issues and soon after, my friends started to change and lead a new life of showing equality to all...

Between these decades, I met Ishika. She is from a Brahmin family in R.S.Puram, raised by her only father and elder sister Niranjana.

Her mother died, a few years ago. Ishika and I met co-incidently in online chats and grew closer. However, as I proposed her my love, her sister asked me to stay away or face the dire consequences...

As I felt my career as important, I stayed away from Ishika. Since, I wanted her also to be happier, besides my career....

I promised to her sister that, I won't speak with her. But, soon Ishika humiliated me with one of my friend's help by sending Screenshots of my chats....

Angered extremely, I shouted at Ishika and broke ties with her...her close friend Vishalakshi tried to console me...

Whenever Ishika tried to speak with me, I used harsh words to her and sent her away from me...

One day, she came along with Vishalakshi to meet me, when I was sitting relaxed with Nausath, Rishi Khanna(to whom they shared the Screenshots) and Sai Adhithya...

"Akhil. I have to talk with you for five minutes. Please!" said Ishika.

I said to Adhthya in anger, telling "Adhithya. Ask her to go da...I further feel pity for her...as she is a motherless girl...now, I am in a good mood"

"Hey. Let's hear what she comes to tell da. Wait for a few minutes" said Rishi.

As I cannot slap Ishika directly, I slapped Nausath telling, "Don't you understand. You have studied right! I am not ready to talk with you...go out."

Ishika is heartbroken and leaves from the place....while, I looked in tears...

"Why are you dropping tears da?" asked Nausath.

"I have slapped you right....that's why." I said to him, as a reason...but, I cried for hurting Ishika, which I know very well...

"Why are you acting Akhil? I know you love her...and also knew, why are you angry with her? But, she didn't sent the screenshots to Rishi...it was indeed, her sister" said Vishalakshi...

"Yes da...it was her sister only" said Rishi Khanna...

"I already knew that, a few days back da." I said to him..

They are shocked to hear this from me and I now continued to tell them what happened...

"I found that Ishika's sister sent such a screenshot, misunderstanding the apology status, which I posted before she warned me....but, I removed it...as I remembered the promise made, I didn't wish to talk with her..since, her sister and father trust Ishika a lot....for her, they are there while for me, my grandfather only is there....I consider Indian Army as a big ambition."

After hearing this, they tried to console me and accept her as my friend...but, I refused to do so...

Eventually, fate made other plans....Vishalakshi fell in love with me eventually, realizing my good nature....

She proposed to me after a few days....but, I refused telling that, "Eventhough, I didn't speak with Ishika, she still lives deeper in my heart as lover."

Unable to bear my rejection, she attempts suicide...her father Mukesh, being a highly influential businessman go furious and kidnapped my friends...

He told me, "My daughter is quite sensitive...she never gives up the thing, which she liked a lot...ask your grandpa to come and talk with me..."

However, I refused and he tried to shoot my friends...but, I rescued them and asked him for some time...

Vishalakshi eventually, sacrifices her love and I became friend with Ishika...however, still more, I talked less with her...

One day, while coming to the college, she meets with an accident and gets hit in her head badly...

I was attending the classes and Rishi hurriedly in tears and called me, "Sai Akhil"

"Hey...what happened da? Why is Rishi running this faster to the class?" asked Nausath.

"Don't know....come...let's go and see what happened" said Sai Adhithya...

"Hey...what happened da? Why are you crying?" I asked him....

"Ishika met with an accident da...she had been admitted in the hospital serious, initially...but, she.." Said Rishi...

In panick Vishalakshi asked him, "But she...Tell me what happened to her da?"

"She eventually succumbed to her injuries da, Akhil" said Rishi, unable to control his tears....

My heart just stopped a moment when I heard the news...my smiling lips turned quite. Tears started rolling down from my eyes....I fell in my table like a tree...which falls down instantly, when being cut....

"Hey Akhil" said Nausath...Vishalakshi was heartbroken and cries louder...

I developed fits immediately, due to the extreme shock....

"Akhil...what happened da? Hey, what for you are looking? Take any key and keep it in his hands" said Vishalakshi, in panick...

After minutes, I got controlled and they admits in hospital...

Even after the electrocution, I didn't develop any improvements...

Doctor came and informed Rishi, "Rishi. He is mentally weak da....no use to give electrocution...you better ask his grandpa to come and see him....it may be useful."

"Hey...shall we inform to his grandpa?" asked Nausath.

"How could you do like such da? He is 78 years old man....that too, a heart patient...will he bear this news?" asked Sai Adhithya..

"Vishalakshi...at this time, you have to be with him...go and talk with him...let's see whether he improves in his health or not" said Rishi...

She agrees and came to my room...

She told me, "Akhil. I am not able to see you like this da. On one side, I am upset with Ishika's demise...other side, you are like this...thinking about her death. I need you back da...I want you...because, I love you...love you eternal..."

My health started to improve and they done a surgery to me...as my neck was fractured, I was been took for bed rest...my grandfather too came and supported me in the hospital.

Meanwhile, Ishika's elder sister came to meet me after learning the fits incident, with her father, also accompanying her...

When they are about to step in my room, Sai Adhithya stopped them in anger and said, "Stop there itself...never step inside the room...already, he is upset with Ishika's death, because of you duo...I fall to your feet and ask you, sister...please don't go and see him again...we didn't even expect that, he would survive...that too it's because of Vishalakshi only, atleast he recovered now somehow...get lost."

"Hey...what's happening outside da? Why is Sai Adhithya shouting at someone?" I asked to Rishi and Nausath, when hearing the sound...

"Nothing da...you take rest...don't strain yourself" said my grandfather...

"Rishi...tell me who have come there?" I asked him...

"Akhil...kindly take rest...don't strain" said Vishalakshi...

However, I got out from my room and learned that, Ishika's sister and father came to meet me....my friends consoled me and brought me back to my room...

However, I fainted in the process...

Ishika's sister gave a diary, written by Ishika to Vishalakshi and asks her to give it to me, when I regain consciousness...

"Sister. Where are you all going now?" asked Vishalakshi..

"We are going back to Bangalore...nomore, Ishika is with us...hence, I am taking my father back to Bangalore itself.." Said Ishika's sister...

Vishalakshi gave me the diary, that was given by Ishika's sister and she read it to me...she have told about the memories, that was spent with her mother....wonderful days in her school...

And the memories, spent with me in online and her realization that, "Love is Perennial and eternal." She have apologized to me for her bad behaviour...

I slowly recovered and completed my final semester exams....after exams, Vishalakshi's father came and requested me to accept her...since, anything happens, we have to move forward in our life and not to think about the same past...

I accepted that...but, asked for some time to Vishalakshi in order to refresh myself and also to join Indian Army...

I then met my grandfather...

He told me, "In Ramayana, Seetha, Rama and Lakshmana gone to forest for fourteen years. In Mahabharata, pandava went to forests for 13 years...totally, 27 years...In both the stories, they learned how the world is and how they have lots to go on...go...go to a distant place with Sai Adhithya and Muhammad Nausath...go beyond the sky and stars...explore the world...this journey would teach you what you need...After you come back, I may be alive or not alive. But, you could have found what you want to do in this Journey..."

For one year I, Sai Adhithya and Nausath went to various parts of India most notably, Uttarakhand, Delhi and Pune....we explored several people, their cultural behaviour and etc...what my grandpa told was true...this one year taught me several lessons...showed several people from various of accents....

Now he have died and we completed his cremation before few days back...Except for the cremation, I have never gone for any other jobs, till present. We continued to explore our journey...

This Journey in the field of hills, mountains, running rivers, snow and waterfalls have gave me peace. Finally, we three joined the Indian Army and got trained for two years....

We finished the Surgical Strike and Counter strike mission in February 2019. Following that, I was given a leave for one months....in addition, we got transferred to Delhi on April 2019....I called Vishalakshi and she came to Delhi....

In the one month leave I, Sai Adhithya, Nausath and Vishalaskhi went to various places of Delhi...while I was in Old Delhi near Qutub Minar, I accepted Vishalakshi's love and we shared a gentle kiss...

I learned how everyone are united in India, besides having so many religion, religious conflicts and controversies...Nausath took me to his close friend Azad's villa for five days...

There, we were touched to see that, they are secular and never consider religion...I and Vishalakshi were given some private moments, as everyone have gone out for some works...since, she weared the sari, it attracted me a lot....

We heard the song, "Iyarkaiyathu viyandidhume...un azhagil mayangidume."

I touched her arms and leaned her. I asked her, "Why did you choose me as your lover, Vishalaskhi?"

"Because, I found you to be caretaking and responsible...that's why I love you" said Vishalakshi, smiling at me...

"Have some water" I said and gave to her...

After she drank a bit of water, I hold her gaze. I leaned in a bit more, touched her cheek and gently kissed her....I told her, "You look cute, dear."

After noticing her shy, I softly kissed her in lips. Then, I lingered on and pulled away a little. She saw me and leaned. I again kissed her. My lips lingered. Then, I took the lead and let her follow me...I pulled her close, holded her by the waist...

I gently holded her in my arms and trailed a finger down her back. I felt the fabric of her sari in my skin. I runned my fingers through her hair. I trailed a finger along her jawline, run my hand around her and then, hold her chin up.

Then, I took her by the hand. Lightened a fire in the room. Then I took my own time and lingered on her...I continued to kiss her more in lips, breast, chest, hip, nose, legs, hand and face with more passionate feeling.

She smiled at me and then, I slowly proceeded to undo her dress(sari), like sculpting a statue and teaching her to break free. She slowly shifted into my arms.

She then unbuttoned my shirts and I continued to kiss her and lingered on her lips. I took her hand with me and let my fingers entwine. Then, I gently stroke the nape of her neck and kissed her neck.

Then, I proceeded with her to the bed. I layed down with her, in my bed. I admired her in that moment. With every move, every touch, her admiring eyes and lips it was really a great time for us to experience the feel of love...

Nudity never mattered...after a while, Vishalakshi cried a little and I gently kissed in her neck and asked her, "What happened? Why are you crying?"

"I think, I have done a mistake...this should happen after marriage...I was in a haste, Akhil" said Vishalakshi...

"You should have thinked about all this, before a few hours...hmm." I said and kissed her again in arms....

I wore dresses and then, Vishalakshi asked me, "That's Okay...will you marry me, right?"

"What? Marriage? I am not not going to love you....you are going for marriage...it's all over between us...I have enjoyed your body and beauty...that's it...okay....I will leave." I said...

She cried tapping her hands in her head and I told her, "Did you think that, I will speak like this? I won't leave you like such...I will live with you, till my death. Because, I love you eternal and it's Perennial forever. Indeed, this is not sex....we made love..." I said her...she hugged me and asked, "You will never leave me, right?"

I kissed her forehead and said, "Promise....I will always be with you."

Few days, we all lived happily in Delhi and soon, I was married to Vishalakshi on May 5, 2019 with her father's blessings...days moved faster on...

She became pregnant on August 30, 2019 and we all were happier...Nausath, Azad and Sai Adhithya were very happy....

Later, Central Government brought Citizenship Amendment Act, 2020. Since, several Muslims entered illegally in our country from Pakistan and Bangladesh...however, our Hindu people were not allowed to enter as refugees...

Only they were let....this irked a lot and CG brought this act...as a result, it led to widespread protests all over Indian States and many performed open strikes...

To control the protestors, we were asked by Indian Army officials(as told by central government) to be safer in our house and lend help for the needy, if problems go worse...

Since police held stone attacks and used tear gas, the attacks turned into riots. Because of few refugees, Christian, Muslims and Hindu have to suffer a lot...

Considering Vishalakshi's safety(as she was pregnant), I sent her to a safe annexe in Azad's house...there, she had been given food and shelters...we all stayed safer in the secret annexe until the problem worsens in February 23, 2020...

On February 23, hours before the communal riots broke out in Northeast Delhi, BJP leader Kapil Mishra gave "ultimatum" to the police to remove anti-CAA protests blocking roads in the area. He asked people to gather at Maujpur Chowk in support of the CAA in reply to the roadblock by those protesting against the new citizenship law. This was widely reported to be an inciting factor. Within hours of Mishra's speech, clashes broke out between anti- and pro-CAA demonstrators in Karawal Nagar, Maujpur Chowk, Babarpur and Chand Bagh. Police lathi-charged and used tear gas to disperse the crowd. The following afternoon, violent clashes broke out in several areas of Northeast Delhi, including in the Gokalpuri and Kardampuri areas. Clashes were marked by arson, vandalism of property, stone pelting and burning of places of worship. While trying to control the protestors, Delhi Police head constable Ratan Lal suffered a bullet injury and lost his life.

At present, Nausath was burned alive infront of my eyes by a Muslim anti-CAA protestor...I was unable to save him as I myself was struggling for my life...but, tears broke came from my eyes...

In areas like Bhajanpura, thousands of people attacked petrol pumps, carried petrol bombs, sticks and weapons. Violence was also reported from Seelampur, Jaffrabad, Maujpur, Kardampuri, Babarpur, Gokalpuri and Shiv Puri. Section 144, imposed the in riot-hit areas, had little effect. A man, identified as Shahrukh, opened fire at the police, before being arrested days later from UP's Shamli district.

In Shiv Vihar, several shops and houses owned by Hindus were torched by a Muslim mob. Later, mutilated bodies of workers were recovered from the site. Around 8:30 PM, a tyre market (predominantly owned by Muslims) was set on fire by crowd that screamed "Jai Shri Ram".

On February 25, a mosque was reported to have been vandalised in Ashok Nagar. Hindu-Muslim clash continued throughout the day. The dead body of Ankit Sharma of the Intelligence Bureau was found in a drain in Jaffrabad. Tahir Hussain, an AAP councillor whose house was alleged to have been used by rioters, was booked for the murder and arrested later. An investigation into the case is pending. Several incidents of mobs attacking journalists were reported during the riots. The Editors Guild of India issued a statement expressing concern about attacks on journalists as an assault on freedom of the press in India. They urged the home ministry and Delhi Police to investigate the incidents and bring the perpetrators to justice.

Over 10,000 emergency calls were made to the police control room during the week.

The following day, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and AAP leaders visited violence-affected areas. Reports of arson and violence continued to emerge that day and two days after that.

By February 29, everything came to an end...I too was recovered from my injuries after being taken at a right time to the hospitals.

Vishalakshi now delivered a male baby and sse smiled at me. While Adhithya came with his hand fractured and a bandage in his head.

"Adhithya. It's a miracle da...I didn't expect that, I will survive from this attack." I said to him sadly.

"I too didn't expect this da. I survived because of you only...since, after getting attacked, I thought about your whereabouts...My only regret is Nausath was killed" said Adhithya....

I shed tears initially...but, I told him, "That's life da...we should move forward. Because, life is like a boomerang. I survived because of my Perennial love with Vishalakshi. While, you survived because of me..."

Vishalakshi however asked me, "We survived from these riots...but, what about other people, who became victims of these riots...what about the people who lost their beloved ones?"

This really made me feel guilty and I now asked to Adhithya, "Hey. Where is Nausath's friend Azad and his family da?"

"Azad have left to his ancestral town Mandya da...He told me that, they would never return back to Delhi..as it would remind him the 2020 riots again..." said Sai Adhithya...

I smiled at him....

What Adhithya told is 100% true.

Later, Adhithya, I and Vishalakshi(with our child also) came back to our house and I looked back with Vishalakshi....it reminded me of the same riots, till now. The way people attacked, the way they set the houses and other places in fire came into my eyes after seeing back. Not only these, but I am still able to see the black mark in the place, where Nausath was burnt alive.

"It's not good to stay here da, Akhil. This place still reminds me the way, people attacked us. Let's go away from this place" said Vishalakshi.

"Adhithya...let's go from here...I have planned to get a transfer order to Kashmir...it would come a few days, aftermath" I said...

He accepted my words and asked me to proceed with the formalities....

As they too want to forget the riots...we planned not to come back for Delhi again and we proceeded to go for Kashmir, after getting a volunteer transfer from our Indian Army officers and finishing the formalities...

Until we reached the station, every places of Delhi reminded me the impact of the riots...We saw several people, going away from Delhi in the train...some are having the marks of injury in hands and some have even lost their hand and legs...it was such a brutal riots...unable to such sad people, we proceeded to enter into our train. As it have come to the station...we finally came to our seats...

(Narration ends)

EPILOGUE:

While going in train, Akhil opens his diary, where he have mentioned these attacks and memorable moments...he concludes the diary, telling: "Not only Azad, Adhithya, Vishalakshi and myself. But, aftermath of the riots, many Muslims and Hindus, who had been living in the riot-affected neighbourhoods left with all their belongings. Even in areas of Delhi which were not affected by the violence, many Muslim and Hindu families packed up their belongings and left for their ancestral villages, showing no intention of ever coming back. Blaming politicians or government is of no use. Because, they didn't do anything bad...CAA had been amended even in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Hence, while passing these kinds of act, government should be alert, thinking about the direct consequences and drawbacks, which may affect the life of common people...if it had been noted carefully, we wouldn't have read about Delhi riots 2020 as well as I would have seen Nausath. Hence, government should pass these kinds of act, with careful guidance and be alert all the time...they further, should not show any carelessness in handling the situation."

Akhil further writes that, "I have now realized finally that, Love is always Perennial and eternal. Love binds all and supports us, till our death...."

Thanks to: Few of my friends, who explained me the Delhi Riots and narrated a few incidents....
