The Mysterious Rocket

One day, me and my cousin Prahas were going for a walk and got some ice cream. I got 10 scoops, he got 11 scoops. We were on our way home, suddenly in a big field, there was a big rocket standing silently. Me and Prahas wanted to go and check it out. Then we slowly walked towards the mysterious rocket. "How do we open the door" he said wondering. "I got this" I said with confidence. "Open sesame" I said with joy. Prahas giggled, I felt embarrassed. There was a sign that said, SAY "DOOR OPEN/DOOR CLOSE." Prahas wanted to give it a shot, so he looked at the sign and said "door open" luckily the door opened. Then we slowly went inside the rocket. "Wow" we both said at the same time. There were lots of control panels and screens. On a screen, there were numbers counting down and a guy that was saying "10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 rocket blasting." Suddenly the door closed and we felt like we were going up in the air. I saw a sign that said "TIME TRAVEL ROCKET." "I guess we won’t be home for dinner" I said feeling scared. "How do we turn this thing around" he said. "I don’t know" I said. "How do we get out of HEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER" I said. "Wait, if we are time traveling, then time at home won’t change, right" he said. "You're right" I said "But what time are we going to" I asked. Prahas saw another sign that said "THE FUTURE ROCKET" "This rocket is going to the future" he said. "But what year are we going to" I asked. Prahas saw another sign that said GOING TO THE YEAR 2030. "Wait, if we are here, then who is driving the rocket" I asked Prahas. Then we heard the sound "WEOEO WEE WOO OOO EEE PEE POO." We were so scared, that we almost screamed as loud as a whale. Then we slowly walked towards the sound as we were shivering. We saw a green guy that was bold and had big black eyes. "Could it be, an alieeeeeeeeen"! The alien said back "AOWOOOEEEAAAOWEOAOWE" (Who are you and what are you doing here) he said. "What did you say" we both said at the same time. "I said, who are you and what are you doing here" the alien said! "WOW, you could talk" we said surprisingly. "Uh, yeah I could talk" the alien said. "But how can you talk, it’s impossible" I said "I am raised in a human family, can I tell you the story" he said "Yes, but we need to get to know each other" I said. "Hi, my name is Tanisi" "and my name is Prahas" we both said. "My name is Bob, Bob Johnson. "Now do you want to hear the story" he said. "Yes" we both said. "One night, my parents wanted to research earth" he said. "After finding research, they were ready to hop on the U.F.O, but they left me behind.  Then a human family came along, they had one baby girl, one teenaged girl and happy parents  were going for a walk and they saw me laying on the ground and they deciding to adopt me, but my alien family only lives in the future" he said. "Quick question, why are you in this rocket" Prahas asked. "Oh, I’m an astronaut and I’m an inventor" Bob said. "I’m in this rocket because I want to check out were I use to live" he said. "Since this rocket can time travel in the future, why don’t you go and visit  your alien family” I said. OK, I was waiting to see my real mom and dad" he said. "But first you have to land us down" Prahas said. OK, thanks for the advice" Bob said. "But how far up are we" I asked. "Let me check the screen, ummm, we are 2000 miles off the ground, why do you ask" Bob said. "Oh, we just want to go home" Prahas said. "OK, were do you live" Bob asked. The street name is Friendship road, the neighborhood is Oks at Cranbury, the lane is Morris, New Jersey" I said. “Ok, take a seat and buckle up cause we are going down really fast" Bob said. "But how fast" Prahas asked. "About, 200 or 300 miles per hour" he said. Oh my gosh" we both said shivering "What if we burst into thin air like dust" I said with fear. "Don’t worry, you won’t feel anything, I promise" Bob said with happiness. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" we said screaming. Not long after that, Bob dropped us home. "Can you come back next week" I asked. Sure, I’ll tell everything about my mom and my dad" he said with excitement. After one week of bursting excitement, Bob came back with great news. As he told everything about his mom and dad, he had tears running down his green, happy face. "Thank you for supporting me" he said with tears still running down his cheeks. Your most certainly welcome" we said as we were hugging Bob. So that’s the story, Bob lived happily, and we got home safely. Now that’s what I call a happy ending.
