"'The right to not consent', something we all deserve but somehow our society has managed to take away from all the non-female part of the society. An image of men has been deep rooted in our brains and a part of this image is that our men always want to have sex. Men being groped is like a joke we because Deep down every man actually likes it. But that image is not true and it's high time we acknowledge this. Men's trauma needs to be acknowledged and justice needs to be served to them . Because the right to not consent is a right everyone deserves"
With that I ended the most difficult speech I had to ever give in my life. My best friend and my brother lay in a hospital bed fighting between life and death while here I tried to bring him the justice he deserved.
The trauma of my brother was still fresh in my brain, his night terrors still resounding in my ears. While this monster in the form of his friend tried to prove his innocence by taking my brother's sexuality into account.
