THE GREAT BROTHERS

Life is short. But, Time is fast. However, we never realize this in our life and search for honor, caste and pride. Let's see what happens in the life of a man, who tries to change the feudal system in his hometown.

This guy's name is Ravi Krishna Gounder. He lives in USA as a Musician, with a happy life. Being an orphan and raised in orphanage, Ravi doesn't know how life is.

Until a girl comes in his life, he never realized the value of life.

While he was going to his home, Ravi witnesses a girl, wearing a red screen with a beautiful face and red eyes, being chased by a few goons. After which, he intervenes and saves her.

"Hi. I am Ravi" said Ravi Krishna.

"My name is Sri Janani Gounder, hailing from Kaniyur" said Janani.

"Oh...That sounds good" said Ravi Krishna.

After a few encounters, the two becomes good friends. Janani takes Ravi to Kaniyur and introduces him to all her family members, to whom Ravi soon becomes friends.

Within a few days, Ravi changes the family members to have a good, peaceful and non-violent lifestyle and even changes the mindset of Janani's elder cousin brother, Krish, who was violent at initial times.

However, Ravi encounters challenges from Janani's maternal uncle Iranian, who wanted bloodsheds and violence to solve the feuds and disputes.

Meanwhile, another village Madathur, is waiting to kill the family of Iranian and when they took swords to kill Iranian, Ravi intervenes and saves him from them.

Angered, Iranian tells to one of his henchman, "How come they try to kill us? Hey. I want the entire family of Harikrishna Gounder to be killed brutally", to which he agrees.

"Uncle. It seems boring to be staying inside the house. Shall we go for a tour?" asked Janani, to which Iranian angrily slaps her and says to her, "Go. Go directly to heaven. Foolish girl. That village is waiting to take our family down. Go inside. I said go inside the house" after which, her mother takes her inside the house.

Meanwhile, Harikrishna Gounder and his family plans to go for Pazhani Murugan Temple and while they are going to temple, Iranian's henchman locks the places, where the car is coming.

However, at the nick of time, Ravi Krishna comes and poses as one of the farmer in an agricultural land. He starts to kill the henchman of Iranian brutally with his sword. Henceforth, the whole place turns bloodshed, similar to the situation of first world War, where the whole place was prone to bloodsheds and graveyard.

While killing them, one of the henchman hits Ravi Krishna and when he was about to kill him, another guy, a look-alike of Ravi Krishna intervenes and slots the throat of henchman.

"Brother. Take the sword and kill them" said his look-alike.

"Ok Adhithya Krishna" said Ravi Krishna.

Accompanied by him, Ravi Krishna brutally takes down the henchman of Iranian, who all falls down dropping a lots of bloods.

At that time, Iranian phones one of his henchman, which Ravi Krishna takes after cleaning the bloods in his hands and eye brows.

"Hey. Is Hari Krishna's family dead?" Asked Iranian.

"Tell me. Tell me, guys. Tell me" said Iranian, in anger.

"My family is safe" said Ravi Krishna and Adhithya Krishna.

After hearing the duo's voice, Iranian is shocked and falls down. He confronts his henchman and asks to him, "Hey. You told that those two brothers have gone away from this place. How could have they come suddenly man?" Asked an angry Iranian.

"We don't know brother. Whenever we try to kill Harikrishna's family, those two guys comes and saves them like Lord Muruga and Lord Ganesha" said a henchman, which angers Iranian, a lot.

Ravi Krishna meets Keshav and they have a emotional discussions for sometimes.

Ravi comes to Iranian's house, where he sees Janani going to get married to a faction leader after which, he tells to them about the importance of care taking and if they get her married to such a man, then she have to suffer a lot in her whole life, which makes them to realize their faults.

Within a few days, Ravi takes care the family with care, and this attracts Janani's mother a lot. Impressed, she decides to get Janani married to Ravi and expresses this to Iranian's elder brother, who agrees instantly.

Janani meets Ravi and tells to him, "Ravi. I love you"

"Janani. I didn't love you. I just want to see your family happier and lead a peaceful lifestyle" said Ravi after which, Adhithya secretly enters into Ravi's house and meets him.

"How did you come here da?" Asked Ravi Krishna.

"Through a secret side da" said Adhithya.

"Ok. Go soon since, anyone might come here" said Ravi Krishna.

"Are you both twins? You didn't even introduce him to me!" Said Janani.

"Because, I didn't live in USA. I was in Hyderabad for these many days. Only after my brother came, I returned to Udumalaipet" said Adhithya Krishna.

"Janani. The Ravi, which you see now is different. His world is different and his life was different" said Ravi Krishna.

"You know who we are? This family wanted to kill Hari Krishna Gounder from the neighboring village. We are his sons" said Adhithya Krishna, which shocks Janani.

One year before, Ravi Krishna and Adhithya were living in Coimbatore with Yamuna, the duo's mother. They were raised by her, without being revealed about their father and hometown.

One day, she was been upset after seeing a wedding of her friend's son and felt guilty. She explained to them about their father Hari Krishna, who is a respected man in Madathur.

When the duo were two years old, Hari and Yamuna went to Madathur from Chennai(where they were staying) for a festival. While heading to the house with Hari Krishna's father(Adhithya and Ravi's grandfather) is killed by the rival village Kaniyur.

For years, both the villages clashed each other, due to the jealousy, pride differences and caste violence. From that time, so many people from both the sides were killed by the respective families for so many years.

In retribution for killing Hari's father, Hari Krishna's younger brother, Gokul Krishna brutally hits down Iranian's elder brother and after being hit brutally, that man got paralyzed.

This lead to a violent feud for so many years. However, Yamuna was too sensitive to violence and bloodsheds after which, she pleads with Hari Krishna to come with her, to which he refuses.

Since, he wanted this village people, to change and have a good life since, all of them are behaving like animals and never realizes the importance of family and life. Henceforth, he stays in Madathur, while Yamuna left him, after he chose to live in the village with a heavy heart.

"I asked him to come, fearing for his safety. Since, I didn't wish to hear his death news at any time, which I can't bear" said Yamuna.

Adhithya and Ravi wished to meet their father to which, Yamuna agrees and the duo goes to Madathur, where the duo meets Swetha and her younger sister Vaishnavi, with their brother-in-law Raagan.

The sisters are escaping from their engagement and seeks help from the brothers, who sends the grooms away telling that, Adhtihya loves Vaishnavi while, Raagan loves Swetha. The sisters thanks them for helping.

Later, the brothers comes to Hari Krishan's house, where Gokul asks them, "Who are you, sons?

"We are Hari Krishna's sons" said Adhithya Krishna and Ravi Krishna after which a happy Gokul takes them inside the house and introduces them to all the family members.

"Who are these guys, pa? Asked Hari Krishna to which Gokul says to Adhithya and Ravi, "Your father."

A tearful Hari Krishna hugs his sons and introduces them to his family members.

Meanwhile, Vaishnavi, Swetha and Raagan comes to the house, where they are shocked to see the brothers.

 

"Why did these brothers came here, sister?" Asked Vaishnavi.

Swetha replies, "They could have come to inform about our love, I think."

"Ah! Then, I will escape from this place" said Raagan, to which the sisters didn't allow and tells him that, he should support them.

They silently goes inside the house where, Vaishnavi and Swetha's mother tells them, "Your's brother-in-law" to which, they smiles.

Adhithya and Ravi goes to Hari Krishna's room.

"How is your mother?" Asked Hari.

"She is good, father" said Adhithya Krishna. 

"So, what you both are doing?" Asked Hari.

"I am an architect. While, he works as an environmental specialist" said Ravi Krishna, and they have a happy discussions.

"Okay, my dear sons. It's already time. Good night" said Hari Krishna and they goes to sleep.

The next day, Vaishnavi and Swetha goes to the brother's room to give them coffee, which is asked by their father thus, leading to a comical situation.

When the brothers comes after getting ready, they are surprised to see the festivalised house.

"Dad. Is there any festivals in our house?" Asked Adhithya and Ravi Krishna.

"Happy birthday, my dear sons" said Hari Krishna.

"Oh. I forgot. Today is my birthday" said Ravi Krishna.

"Today is your birthday, right. Happy birthday" said Swetha to which, Ravi thanks her.

While Vaishnavi says to Adhithya, "Since childhood we have seen. Your birthday have been celebrated like a festival in our house", which shocks them both.

After celebration, Iranian's henchmen, comes with a few corporate people, who wanted to build a factory in Madathur, eliminating all the 500 people living in the place, to which he refuses since, this place consists of rich agricultural lands as we as the oppressed community with a few BC people. Henceforth, he sends them back besides being warned by Iranian's henchman about the drawbacks of his opposition.

Angered, Adhithya and Ravi chases them from the house and warns to the henchmen to forget about this past 25 years and also asks him to tell Iranian that, "Hari's twin sons have come to save the village."

The henchman fearfully informs this to Iranian, who is very angry, after hearing this. To teach the village a lesson, Iranian orders his two henchman: Kaatraj and Suraj to burn down a few houses in Madathur.

"After burning this, Hari must fear against us" said Kaatraj, to which Suraj agrees and they burns down a few houses. Angered, Hari complains this to the SP, who is forced to withdraw the case, having no evidences.

When being mocked by Iranian that, he would complain like this only, even after when they burns his family, and he asks them whether are they humans or animals.

Hari Krishna realizes that, "They never gets tired through these fighting and bloosheds, even after we stopped to fight back against them "

Angered, he thrashed him with slippers after which, the SP stops them. Hearing this, Adhtihya and Ravi gets furious and wearing a mask, takes Iranian in their car for a few distance and later on, pushed him in a dirty water, as a means of revenge, telling him that, they are always there to save Madathur. Gokul feels happier that, a man have come like a God to save their life and supports them.

Feeling Humiliated, Iranian vows tontake revenge against the twins.

"Adhithya-Ravi. Where you both went?" Asked Hari Krishna.

"They have went to meet one of their friends, brother" said Gokul.

"The village's situation is not good now. Henceforth, staying here is not safe for you. My enemies should never know your face. Henceforth, you away from this place, as soon as possible" said Hari Krishna, to which the duo accepts.

While going inside, Swetha and Vaishnavi stops the duo telling to them, "Brother-in-law. We knew that you have went and thrashed Iranian. Be safe. Uncle should never knew about this" to which, they accepts.

The next day, Swetha, Vaishnavi(after being requested by their mother), Adhithya and Ravi goes to Coimbatore inorder to meet Yamuna, where she invites them warmly.

Meanwhile, Kaatraj learns that, the twins are living in Coimbatore and plans to kill them both in the place with the help of Krish. However, smelling this immediately, Adhithya and Ravi brutally beats them up and kills them after which, the henchman says "Sir. Come. Let's go. They are near yo us. Come faster."

Krish says to Iranian, Kaatraj and Suraj that, "Those twin brothers are like tiger" to which, Suraj tells that, "They would slit their head and at that time, Krish would not mean them as a tiger" to which, the henchman says, "These people never reforms. It's better if we leave from this place" said and he immediately escapes from the place.

Meanwhile, Vaishnavi and Swetha falls in love with Adhithya and Ravi respectively, which is approved by Yamuna and the brothers manages convince his father's family for the marriage. 

The marriage is fixed and subsequently, Yamuna also reconciles with Hari Krishna, after realizing her mistakes and she tells to him that, "Like him, she have raised the twins by filling them with love and affection."

Meanwhile, the marriage is fixed and at that time, SP meets Hari and tells him that, "The fights and clashes, which have been stopped by Hari Krishna have started to take place again because of the twin brothers" and asks him to be careful.

The Iyer asks the groom to change their dresses after which they goes to the room for changing the dress.

At the same time, Iranian orders Suraj and Kaatraj to murder the whole family of Hari as they are gathered in one place. They goes to the wedding hall.

Iranian tells them to kill the brothers in first before killing the entire family.

However, smelling this instantly, Adhithya and Hari kicks out the henchmen from their room and comes out from the place, wearing dhoti and white shirt.

"Hey Ravi. Take this sword" said Adhithya and he gets the sword.

"Hey" said a henchman, coming with a sword, after which Ravi brutally stabs him in the chest, shocking Yamuna.

Adhithya also slits the hands of the henchman and Yamuna is terrified.

When the other family members are about to be killed, Gokul kills them and saves his family, and orders his relatives and henchman to take everyone for safe.

Raagan also takes the sickle and kills down the henchman. In the process, Kaatraj is killed by Adhithya brutally, after slitting his hands and legs respectively.

"Hey" said Suraj and tries to kill Adhithya with the sword after which, Ravi stops him and brutally stabs both of his arms with a sickle, and in the process, he dies due to the blood loss.

Unable to bear the shock, Yamuna dies.

"Aunty" said Vaishnavi and Swetha and goes near to her. They realized that, she have been stabbed by a henchman in the process of fights.

After cremation, Adhithya and Ravi vows to kill the entire family of Kaniyur and takes the sword, which Hari stops by slapping the duo.

He tells to them that, "What sins does he commit to bear you as his child! He have left him for the sake of this village to change and have a good life. But, after they entered here, the whole village now turned to graveyard and people became animals. Even they have cheated their mother, who believed them blindly and her death too occurred because of her fear."

Emotionally, the brothers put down the sword and in the process Hari tells them, "It could have been better if you both have died. If I have known that, because of you both only this village would become like this, then I couldn't have allowed you to come here, itself. If I have already learned that, your mother would have died because of you, then I couldn't have given you birth. Please leave this village. Don't come even after I die."

The brother leave from the place, despite being stopped by the villagers.

Before they goes, Swetha and Vaishnavi comes calling them, "Brother-in-law" and runs towards them, until being stopped by Hari Krishna.

"No girls. You don't need a heartless guys like them. Today, because of their anger, they killed their mother. Tomorrow, they might kill you also. They came as a guest. Let them leave as a guest itself" said Hari after which, the duo leaves from the village.

"Though we felt hurt through, the words of our father, we found them to be true and left the village. While I went for Hyderabad, my brother went to USA. However, we learned that villagers are back to fighting through Swetha and Vaishnavi and have thrown away the ideologies of our father. Since, we started the problem, we decided to end this problem by ourselves and was planning an idea for that" said Adhithya after which Ravi also says, "At that time, I met you and learned that your village too suffers lot of fights and we planned to end this."

Hearing this, Janani asks both of them to leave the house, since if her family members learns about this, they would be in danger, to which they disagrees.

Meanwhile, Mr. Dasarath, who came with Ravi from Paris comes to inform him happily that, his marriage have been fixed with Janani.

On hearing this, Ravi said, "I have to tell you a truth, Dasarath."

"What Truth?" Asked Dasarath to which, Ravi replies, "I am the son of Hari, the neighboring village leader."

Shocked, Dasarath flees from the house fearing that, Iranian would kill him also with Ravi, when he learns the truth, one day.

Meantime, Iranian meets Ravi and says to him that, he is a coward. However, Ravi asks him to give up violence and have a peaceful life. To this, Iranian says that, he would follow non-violence if he beats up his henchman and proves his manhood, which he does.

But, again Iranian puts forth a condition that, he would follow non-violent path, if he kills the twin brothers from the rival village(without knowing that it was Ravi himself). On Hearing this, Ravi becomes anger and tells to him that, he is the son of Hari.

Ravi is almost beaten to death by Iranian, besides the efforts of Adhithya to save him, since he too is beaten up severely.

When Iranian tells that, he would kill their entire family, both gets up and beats him up severely, saying, "10 seconds is enough for us to turn for our old ways. But, if we turn like such, no one would be alive in the family."

Beating him simultaneously, Adhithya tells him that, "No one like them can use the swords intelligently, when they take it in their hands. But, only swords will remain in the end and not the human beings."

Finally, Hari's family also comes and Hari hears the words of Adhithya and Ravi, explaining about the importance of love and non-violence to Iranian, after which he have a change of heart. 

Hari tells to Iranian, "If you think that this feud will come to end, only after our's death, then kill us" after which, he takes the sword to kill the duo.

However, he is stopped by his brother and cousin, who explains him about the importance of love, citing the examples of their family, where they have never seen anyone respecting us, out of love.

Later, their elder brother, who got hit in his head before years, gets up and pleads with Iranian to spare the twins, since they would save a lots of people.

Having a change of heart, Iranian throws the sword telling them, "Not only in that village. There lives a man in this village too" and he hugs the duo after which, Hari apologizes to the duo, citing them to be great brothers and the brothers proceeds to reunite with their respective lovers, being encouraged by a tearful Janani and Iranian. 

The family happily unites and the brothers gets married to Swetha and Vaishnavi respectively. Hence, if we love all by following non-violent principles, we might be loved in return.
