The Double Gift

Once upon a time there was a king named Vasudeva. He was very wise and brave. He had many wise minister. He loved Ramu the most because he had an excellent sense of humour. One day Vasudeva called Ramu to his palace.While he was going to enter, a guard stopped him and told if you want to enter you should pay a lot of money. Ramu did not have any money. So he told that whatever he gets from the king, he will give half of it. When he saw the king, the king asked what do you want? Ramu told he wanted a hundred whips.The king was very furious.

When a fifty whips was over he shouted "stoppppppppp." "Did you change your mind?" ."NO", Ramu told he told the king what the guard told and everything. So the guard received a fifty whips without a murmur.
