Royal Entry

 Ever since Preeti received Wedding card of her friend Amina's daughter, a question arose in her heart and mind, what is to be given as gifts? But she did not know that nowadays no one has so much time to think about gifts. It has its value only at the time giving and taking. The rest time no much importance.  But later they remain in a corner of the room.

       It seemed to her that her friend had an only daughter. So she should be given such a gift which will always be remembered.

      Keeping this naive notion in mind, she was waiting for the arrival of her husband Amit.  The two were sitting and discussing with each other after having some light evening snacks and tea. When she asked him about the question. He said "As you wish, what can I say in this matter, you can give as per your choice .. Then she said" I want to give her a memorable gift which will be remembered forever "Hearing this, Ameet said -" It is very correct."

        She kept a list of daily use items. But those things seemed very ordinary. Then Amit explained that "these are gifts that can be given to her by any close relative, such as clothes, utensils, jewellery".

        Priti said "I can't give her jewellery but yes I would like to give utensils. If they are used daily they will remember us every day because of our name on it"

         "I will not refuse, as per your wish, but if they use your gift in the wrong way then? said Amit.

She was shocked and started asking "Wrong use of utensil is ever good!"

"Why ? can't it be?"

"How that? Preeti asked.

           You know six months ago, a girl from our office got married. We all gave her some utensils as gifts, then we did not know that our utensils could be used in this way. The girl's husband turned out to be an alcoholic, he sold all the utensils for his liquor. The only lunch box left is that too because she brings food every day in it and that only remained with her .. One day when she came to office, she had an injury her forehead and later it was found that the lid of the box was thrown on her very hard when her husband was drunk, and she was hit so hard that it hurt her forehead due to the sharpness. Of lid"

        "Oh, God! No!" Preeti whispered spontaneously. "What happened then?

           Amit said - "What was to happen then? When we wanted to call him and explain to him, husband, by calling him to office, the girl started crying and she refused" because she knew that no one could escape the punishment of speaking the truth.

         "Oh No!  I don't want my gift to be used in this way." Then What gift can be given to her. We will not give a gift?

            Amit said - "Why not? The gift will be definitely given to her, won't you give up Pirti we will give such a gift which will be useful to the bride. We will give her a gift cheque ".

            "Ok that is a good idea," Preeti asked.

       Amit smiled and said, "Yes, we will give her a gift check which she can withdraw money whenever he wants, by depositing it in her bank within six months and She can buy his favourite thing. Only she can use her money and till then her money will be safe, as long as she wants to spend it herself. " Amit explained

            "Wow! This is a very good idea. This new way of giving this gift is also wonderful." Preeti said being happy.

           "So tell me the amount of gift check. I will bring while coming home tomorrow." Amit asked

            As you think well But if it is at least a thousand rupees, it would be good, ”said Preetine.

          "Ok mam, done" she smiled upon hearing this.

      He brought a gift cheque for thousand Rs. while returning in the evening, when he saw the colourful gift check for the first time, he jumped with joy. On the second day, both the husband and wife made a royal entry into the wedding hall.
