Professional Couple

The story is about a very low waged independent employee, Abhiman on whom a company has been surviving based on his talent, sincere hard work, dedication. The Company named Auto Act has several branches and has been producing reliable software for almost 10 years. There is one branch in Hyderabad on which all others are pretty much relying. So, every time the other branches get into trouble they used to send the work to the Hyderabad branch and they used to solve it miraculously in less than the stipulated time. For every 4 months, they used to publish reports on which Hyderabad Branch has the best graph and all other were having below-average graphs.

One fine Autumn time when the reports were published Hyderabad branch had the minimum graph this time by which the Company production has taken a severe hit and the client was unhappy and given a warning. Company owner Balakrishna was informed the same and he was started looking at all previous records and found that the only good production was happening in the Hyderabad branch. The rest of the branches were dependent on the Hyderabad branch only which now has some problems. To find more information about the problem the daughter, Sulekha was told to visit the Hyderabad branch.

On the next morning, Sulekha landed in Hyderabad and visited the Hyderabad branch. The staff welcomed her, and she attended the meetings and all of them were introduced and found no issues at all. All the Organizational activities were happening well. Everyone smiled at her, she noticed a person sitting in a separate cabin and working all alone. She was very much carried over by looking at him and was wondering why he was not introduced. People were visiting him very much and taking help from him. She felt he is an interesting person of all. The Manager noticed that and talked her out to another person and was introducing him as the genius of the Company. By looking at the person she did not believe it and found something fishy.

After the evening she went back to the 5 start hotel for taking a rest when she had a nap all of a sudden Abhiman came into her dreams. His curly hair, lips, eyes, ears, dressing sense were all very different and she could assume him only all night. The next morning, she could not ask about him directly so she asked for the Employee list, designation, role, etc. After looking at the names, she could not find any Names matching his personality, but she did find that most of the names were having the same last Names which are of the Branch Manager. Now she has clue on where to start, so based on the roles she gave a very small task and gave them 3 days of time to complete for which the Manager said, we are already behind this season's work on time. If we complete the task it will take a severe toll on the work, for which she responded I will take care of that and let this week go empty.

The manager was shaken by that and left the room and gave the tasks to each of them. She noticed Abhiman did not get the work so she concluded he is not on the list. She waited with patience for the next 3 days and the Employees have submitted their work. She graded them and found all were below average and they are worse than other branches. Now, she called the Manager and showed the grades and threatened to answer honestly what is happening here otherwise I will fire all the Employees including yourself. For which Manager was frightened and replied we are about to hire an Employee to complete the main tasks because the previous employee was fired and will be leaving in a couple of days. Now, she is happy that she could finally filter the person she wants to talk and due to shyness, she could not ask the manager directly. Now, she showed the Employee list and who amongst is it. The manager replied, its not on the list, his name is Abhiman and he will be leaving by tomorrow because he abused me and lady relative of mine so I had to fire him based on the morale. Since he abused a lady there is no other option other than relieving him. Anyway, I had like to talk to him before he leaves, call him in now for which the Manager stared at her and said “Okay” by nodding.

She was so enthusiastic to meet Abhiman and as she heard the knock and she got aroused, she said Come in for which Abhiman looked at her and came in. She turned her eyes down, for which he liked her very much and sat opposite to her. “I heard you are leaving tomorrow, do you really want to leave” for which Abhiman replied, “Yes Ma’m I do, anyway I get the lowest wages which can’t even fulfill my needs”. So I started looking for Job elsewhere which I would get in a 15-day period. She was okay with an answer and asked about the abuse for which he responded with a fury that I did not abuse anyone. I only had taken a leave for 15 days for which this Season work got delayed. The Manager talked to me disrespected for which I got angry and had to tap my hands on the table by which the coffee cup jumped and some of the coffee spilled on him and his sister. Anyway, this company is filled with his relatives, some of them are good employees but some of them are worst. His sister was good but she had to support him to get my relieving and I don’t blame her.

Sulekha gave a task and if fulfilled he would be awarded 4 times the salary along with a Director position in the Company. He looked at the task and immediately provided the solution within 10 minutes and said I am no longer interested in this Company and left. Sulekha was a little disappointed and tried to run the Company all by herself this season. She worked day and night and managed to get an output. When the client looked at the work, they said this is only partial work, we are okay with it for now however we have to look for other options if work continues this way. Now, she understood that no matter how hard she tries she and the other staff won’t be able to complete the work. So, they started looking for a good employee who has a similar stream of work and did manage to find them. They started working however after 15 days of time she had to reconsider hiring Abhiman back because none of them are worthy enough as good as him.

She called Manager in and said look at the mess we are in right now, this is all due to your deeds. You know, this branch and the remaining branches are dependent on Abhiman and how can you fire him. Now, the problem is either the Company has to be closed so that we won’t bear any further losses. You will all be compensated two months of salary and will be given relieving letter if Abhiman is not back. The manager responded with frightened I will try to get him back and left.

Manager called Abhiman and asked to come back for which Abhiman respectfully avoided. Then he and his sister visited Abhiman's place and asked with the request. Abhiman got very emotional by looking at the Sister and agreed to visit based on the conditions that he would be offered the Salary Sulekha said. The manager said I will try to get that done and left. Do come tomorrow morning to the office. Manager after leaving his place called Sulekha and informed her that he will be visiting the office tomorrow and asking for the Director post as well as a 4-time salary as well. Sulekha said Okay with a hard tone and hung up and then she rejoiced with happiness.

The next morning Abhiman comes on time and had a meeting with everyone. As a new Director, he gets applause, and now his time to speak. Now, we are at a very crucial time to complete the work assigned. Since I was away for almost 2 months and we are left with only one month even if I start myself I won’t be able to complete it. So, let’s just team up and save our Company. I know each of you and your talents, so we will allocate work within our easy ways. I will be on my tasks, if you are stuck contact me and I will help you guys. All works have been allocated, Abhiman has also started working and Sulekha also helped and he was getting things as expected within time so both Sulekha and Abhiman were enjoying the moments together as well. Since all of them worked hard they have managed to complete the work within time and submitted the work. Abhiman also helped other Branches as well by attending the meetings and giving guidance.

Time for publish of reports, and also leaving from Sulekha after the Report meeting immediately. Abhiman wanted to spend more time with her, but due to her brother's marriage, she has to leave and will not be back for another few months. Both did not want to part, so they both attended the meeting in US timing which is night timing. The manager had to attend too. Sulekha said the Manager to leave and no need of the guidance for rest of the day. The manager left happily. At 4 am she has the flight and they have to complete the meeting by 2 am. Both don’t have time to be together anymore, so they use meeting time to spend with each other. Sulekha has started giving all the Report information and she was about to complete but Abhiman started touching her hands and she was out of speech. On the other side, people waited for 2 minutes and they continued with the remaining Reports. While the Report meeting was happening both of them were intimate, both did not respond when they called the Names. However, the meeting was successful and at the end of the meeting, they started speaking again and farewell.

Abhiman dropped her at the Airport and they communicated frequently through mobile and after a month the Contract was renewed from the Client and this made Balakrishna, Sulekha's father very happy and he immediately wants to meet Abhiram. Abhiman visited Balakrish as per the request, as soon as he arrived he could sense a connection between both of them and immediately asked what is happening here. I can sense you both have something going on for which Sulekha replied. Nothing. Balakrishna asked Abhiman the same question for which Abhiman said, we are in love and I am interested in marrying your daughter with your question. Balakrishna has no reason not to accept, so he said Yes and here the movie ends.

The moral of the story is: Talent, Hard work, Sincerity will always have recognized somehow. If you believe you are not getting enough of what you want better find somewhere else. Work speaks for you one day or another!
