My Inspiration...

Hello Everyone! Can you please take a moment to think of the person who inspires you to accept and appreciate your life, just the way it is. The person who makes you, want to be a better person. Have you thought of the person yet? For me, it’s easy to remember that person. He is my inspiration. All the things that I mentioned above is what I feel for him. The person who I am talking about is no big shot. But for me, he means the world. But before I reveal this personality, let me tell you a small story.

There once lived a boy named Vimal. He wasn’t from a very well-off family. His dad was a fisherman and his mother was a normal house wife. This young boy had a very strong passion for Karate. He used to go to classes as well. He was one of the best students of the class. He was one of his Master’s favorites. Everything was going fine when one day, his father made him stop going to classes. He said, “We don’t have enough money for extra classes and besides, you should focus on your studies than on this ‘useless sport’.” However, this did not stop Vimal from going to classes. His master used to teach him for free and also used to pay for his Karate – gi (Karate uniform). In short, he used to take care of the expenses of Vimal’s Karate classes. When Vimal’s dad came to know of this, he was furious! However, this time, Vimal’s Master took a stand for him. Finally, after a long conversation, Vimal’s dad was convinced.

Vimal is now one of the Chief – Instructors of South for the WSKF – World Shotokan Karate Federation. Surprisingly, his dad is most proud of him. Turns out, his son has excelled in the ‘useless sport’. Now that the story is over…. I can proudly declare that I am one of the student of Mr. Vimal KP. My mysterious inspiration is none other than my spectacular Karate Master. I can never be as great as him, but I do hope to go as near to that as possible. I love my Karate Master…..
