A middle-class family in which there were two kids, an elder daughter, and a son. The Head of the family was a central government employee and the kid's mother was a typical Indian housewife. He was transferred from his place of posting to another state after the completion of a few years of service. He joined a new place accompanied by his family. His kids were in a local reputed convent school in the beginning. since his job was transferable and he was far away from his native place which was in another state from the place of present posting. Therefore he decided to admit his kids into Kendriya Vidyalay meant for central government employees. There would not be any hurdle in their education due to odd season transfer in the future. Everything was okay. After a few years, he was transferred to his state nearer to his native place. But where he was transferred, there was no Kendriya Vidyalaya. There were two options left with the master. Either he should change the board or admit his children in nearby Kendriya Vidyalaya. He had chosen the second one. But his wife was not in favor of his decision. She was not a couch potato but timid and non-worrier. Therefore she objected and suggested changing their board so that the whole family would be united at the same place.

The master of the family did not agree with her decision. It was his dream and vision to impart quality education to his children. Hence he used his final veto power and admitted his children to the nearest Kendriya Vidyalay which was about 150 Km from the place of working. He used to go daily by train for attending duty. Since school was at defiance project in a small town. There were no coaching classes. He was post graduate in science .he decided to teach his children. He used to study their syllabus in his spare time either in-office hours or in train. His elder daughter was a topper in the region with flying colors in the tenth board examination. Since she was bright in the study, she become an apple of the teacher's eyes in the school. Son also Jumped on the bandwagon of her sister. She continued her education in the school without any coaching and passed the higher secondary school examination. Master then shifted his family to Nagpur for further higher education as she got admission in engineering. This was very shocking news for parents As they wanted their daughter to be a doctor. They were cold feet. But the daughter was happy with her performance looking at the tough and unfavorable situation through which she passed. Master was also helpless in such an odd situation.

Their son was doing study in higher secondary school examination in CBSE board at Nagpur. They shifted their focus towards medical for son. But the son could be able to benchmark the required score for getting admission to MBBS. His son was not interested in doing graduation in the medical field either in dental or Ayurved except for Allopathy. But His parent was interested in BAMS (Ayurved ). His son got admission to a government college at Amravati. He did his son’s admission at Amravati. He was happy. But the son did not agree with his father’s decision. He canceled his admission to the college. He took admission to Biotech engineering at Nagpur. meanwhile, Master was transferred to Nagpur when Evils has left the building.

Parent was quite happy and pleased with their children achievement. There was a plot at Nagpur. He started to build his own house as he wanted to settle in the sub-capital of the state. His daughter completed engineering in computer science. She also passed the GATE examination. Her father wanted that she should complete her post-graduation in her field. She also cleared the campus at the same time. She was appointed in software company. His father took her to Bhopal for doing M.Tech. But her GATE score was not too good to get admission in computer science. She took the tough decision that she would not go for M.Tech in another discipline. But his father was of the opinion that she should complete her M.Tech in the equivalent branch. She disobeyed his father and decided to join the company as a software engineer in Hyderabad.

She joined the company in Hyderabad. The company posted her Chennai after the completion of four-month training. She was disturbed by posting. All family members were worried about how she would manage at new places like Chennai which was farthest as compare to Hyderabad and other cities Mumbai and Pune with distinct cultures and languages. He supported her daughter and asked, Let us go and see what to do then. Both went to Chennai. They stayed in the office guest house. They went to the company the next day. She saw the current atmosphere there before joining day. They came back to the guest house. She was also cold feet like her father. During night, thinking a lot, she said to her father, let us back home. Father was well experienced in handling such critical situations. He has seen so many transfers and the odd situations in his life. So he decided to play a mind game with his loving daughter. He said to her daughter, would you like to enjoy the city tomorrow. She saw eye to eye his proposal. He then took her to his old school friend the next day. We reached his home. He was surprised to see us. We told him the complete story. He was happy that his friend’s daughter was a successful engineer and the company offered her a fresh project in Chennai. We briefed him on all our problems. He assured me that from that day, she was his daughter. You should trust your school old friend. He took us to the lady's hostel nearby company. It was his own state. He asked the warden of the ladies' hostel for her good care. Since yesterday’s atmosphere was changed completely, she was bound to change her decision. The changed new situation compelled her to take admission to the hostel and joined the company from the next day.

She completed her project in Chennai during her stay of about two years. The company was pleased with her performance and her boss transferred her to Pune for his new project. We were happy as the condition was becoming favorable to us.

Then we planed for her marriage. She told us that she wanted to be settled at Puna only. So many offers came for her marriage. But she was firm on her decision that our son-in-law should be posted in his job at Pune only. The task was a little tough. Fortunately, there was a marriage offer from match suitable candidate with a different field. He was a perfectly suitable match for her. We agreed on the proposal with her initial consequence. Then she was misguided by her few friends. He was an engineer in the reputed food industry. She and his field were totally out by one hundred eighty degrees. She then protested the proposal in that scenario. His father was keen to know the root cause for disagreeing with the proposal. She told that he was not a computer engineer of my status. Then his father told her that she had only an engineering degree. But he had engineering as well as an MBA degree. Furthermore, he could spare more time for you than the computer engineer. He told her, if both were software engineers, they would have been always busy with their work. Business and workload might be put both of them in clashes and trouble. Could you not judge it from your experience. This was the last straw. She supported my opinion by open heartily. She got married to him. Both were happy. We were happier with our charming, beautiful, naughty, and brilliant granddaughter. In this way, we successfully crossed the obstacles in her life which were really tough decisions.
