Chotu & his Mom worked in our house as servants. Chotu did small outside work like bringing eggs, bread & milk, taking our dogs outside in the morning, while his mom used to clean utensils, do dusting, laundry etc. Also she did baby sitting for my 10 year old son as me & my wife both owned an outsourcing company.

One day when we came back home early, we saw Chotu playing with our son Aryan in the hall area, while his mom was sleeping on the floor, we got so angry & immediately fired both of them. The next week our son was having a quiz competition in school. We both went to see the competition & we were surprised to see Aryan giving the answers of the questions that according to us was impossible for him to answer being that young. He won the quiz competition quite easily. When we came home, my wife asked him how did he know answers for all the questions, to which Aryan told that Chotu prepared him for the quiz.

That whole night me & my wife were awake discussing it & regretting our decision. We wanted both Chotu & his mom to join again, but then we thought it wouldn't make a big difference. The next day when we reached our office, we decided to start a program for poor kids, which will help them to get good education. All the funding was done from our company's profit share. It started with one kid & now we have around 1500 poor children who are getting proper education in big schools.

We never had the guts to face Chotu & his mom. One day while we were returning from our office in a chilled night of December, we saw Chotu & his mother sitting & chatting around a small bonfire, taking the warmth of it, Both Looked Happy!!
