I Am Always There for YOU
I Am Always There for YOU
Why should everyone say to others now, "I am always there for you!!!"
Are these words a pledge that you make to others now so that they will remember these promising words when they are really in depression???
I agree but it helps to a very minimal extent. Then why don't we try it the other way around...?
Instead of telling those words to others, I believe we should tell ourselves, "I am always there for you". Because the one who is undergoing severe stress or depression is ba
ttling against his very own negative thoughts. It is not a war between the victim(the one who is depressed) and the others, instead, it is a war between the victim and his very own thoughts. Only if he cleans up his thoughts and remove all the negativities from his feelings, it will make him feel better.
So, my point is, we should always be there for others in case of any help but what matters the most is "SELF HELP". So, better say it to yourself, "I am always there for you".
