Doctor's place: "Gently close your eyes dear, just follow my words", Dr. Sullivan whispered in Anna's ears. It wasn't new to Sullivan to keep trying to get to make Anna speak out. He has been trying and the time has lapsed cycles in vain. Anna lay on the bed unwilling to be there. She knew he wouldn't be able to help her out of this but it was her respect for him that brought her there. There was that serene atmosphere with a chant in the backdrop that made her go to sleep. Sullivan cared for her as his own daughter and it was a pity that she had to suffer. She was selfless and affectionate to the people around her. She was young in her early twenties with a striking appearance and beauty. His continual attempts at rejuvenation therapy was unsuccessful and he felt dejected. She was a victim of imposter syndrome. She imagined people around as imposters trying to harm her and she was traumatized with this thoughts. It was the underlying low self-esteem and the fear that she is a loser that made her develop this mental disorder. Even success be it her hardwork or luck she felt it wasn't worthy and people around her made her efforts fraudulent. This made her conflict with her inner self. Sullivan was a traditional doctor who followed methodical approach in his treatment but he had come out of that in her case. Despite having some of the best counseling psychologists have a look at her, without her cooperation it was getting nowhere and has complicated things for him. It was then he heard about the dream kit in one of the blogs he was surfing through. He pondered on the fact whether it would be of some help to Anna. Maybe if this device could read her inner thoughts and feelings, it might help him in directing his rejuvenation sessions forward. Dreams are succession of images, thoughts that occur involuntarily during certain stages of sleep. Moreover it is believed to be a reflection of one's thinking process and imagination. He believed that Anna began to enshroud herself in a fantasy world of myth and procrastination. He made arrangements with his assistant to get the product delivered to Anna before she left his place. The session continued for about an hour. Anna felt heavy as she got up from the bed at the hospital. After having briefed by Dr.Sullivan about the kit that he handed over to her, she took a taxi back home. She wished that this kit can give her some peace. She went to bed that night with the band covering her eyes.
