Are Wives Spoiling Husbands

Are we wives really spoiling our husbands? Are we making them dull? Are we doing everything now-a-days and making them inactive. We girls need pampering and we’re often being pampered by our husbands/boy friends but have we changed the procedure now. Are we pampering these husbands and fulfilling all their wishes? Previously girls were unable to manage things. They got married at an early age, they only did all cooking and cleaning houses and gave birth to baby and ran after them. But now the scenario has totally changed, a girl now is educated house wife, they can earn and work hard, manage both internal and external works.

Now, you must be thinking what made me to write this... I was once sitting with my hubby at Howrah Station, there suddenly I saw a family – Father, mother and a sweet girl child. The child sounded to be mentally ill due to her behavior- the way she stood, the way she talked, ate everything. I saw, the father went away for some work and the mother sat their holding the child, playing with her, trying to make her sit but she alone was unable to. Then after few hours, the father came and when mother told her to just take the child for a bath , he refused and sat their playing with mobile, as if it was only a duty of the mother. The wife didn’t said a word, she was a doctor as I heard her conversation with someone relating to medicines and surgery. She also earns, she could've also refused to but she silently took the child, came back, took out food and served her husband and the most interesting part I saw was she fed her husband bit by bit as he was busy with his phone.

How funny? A single question, is this the only duty of a mother/ a wife? Now say, are we not making them lazy. If these men can work 24 hrs in office and just follow the order of their bosses then why they come and just sit in home...watch TV, or play. Why they can’t cope with us?

Because these husbands now knew that we wives can handle everything easily. So all the burdens they have laid upon us. We have to manage office, we have to manage house and most importantly we have to manage them also like our son. These husbands are now becoming creepers and without we wives they will not even able to walk.

Now think twice before acting. It’s good to love them but not make them cripples. It’s good to pamper them but not make them totally dependent upon you. Love them but make them active. Make them your friend and actively take part in all your work.
