Once in somewhere distant land, there was a lonely Giant. The Giant was old, ugly and hairy. All he did was creating mess all around. The giant was bad because no one said he was good so he did whatever he wanted in deep jungle away from village and people. Just seeing the giant, all the village people even animals in jungle would run away scared to life. The giant ate big food; huge pumpkins, watermelons and jackfruit. `The giant' arrogant and rude, was lion of the jungle.

Once walking down the deep woods of jungle, thrashing all trees. The giant sang his favourite song,

"I am Nagdoo 'the giant' so giant among all, I have nobody with me…cause I need nobody with me. I walk…I run…this jungle is my home. All run, run for your life…hum…hmm…hmm…I am nagdoo 'the giant'….."Soon the giant stumbled upon a river bridge and fell down in mud. Looking up, to pull himself together.

The giant's eyes fell on a little man, who was happily sitting with his eyes closed and in fullness of his own joy. Wearing nothing but an orange robe. Surprised and in wonder the giant roar big and loud "Aaaaarrrrrgggh" but found the little man didn't got scared or run away.

The giant got angry and shouted aloud "grrrr aaarrrrgggh, I am Nagdoo 'the giant' " but little orange robe man was still smiling. The giant got even angrier then ever and roared & growled even more loudly "grrr Aaaarrrgggh grrr rawrr, I am nagdoo 'the giant' run timid man…run for your life." Still little timid man didn't budged. So the giant with his giant hands and fingers tried to touch the little man, who was lost in his own world of joy. But little man blushed and giggled even more. Seeing it the giant was even more surprised. Then the giant tried to pick the little man with his giant hands into his giant palms.Suddenly closed eyes of little man opened and looking at the giants face so close and first time. The little man adorably said "Ohh God, you are charmingly marvellous from here." The giant was amazed hearing it from the little man. With querying mind the giant asked "why aren't you scared of me I am Nagdoo 'the giant'"? The little man smiled and cutely said "why to be scared of you, you are amusingly delightful." "Hmm huh marvellous & delightful, aren't you scared to life? I can kill you with one blow" Said the giant with confused look. "But you won't, I know" replied the little man. Hearing this the giant kept little man on jungle floor.

"I can break the mountains and scramble the trees in pieces I am the giant" argued the giant. "I can kill you destroy you…in a blink" added the giant. "But you didn't do any of it, isn't it?" replied the little man, blissfully."Who are you so brave…so little?" questioned the giant, curiously. "I am 'Jnana'. I am a monk" replied the little man."Well then what are you doing here in my jungle? So alone…so quiet??" questioned the giant. "I am here to see the wide open sky, to feel the bright warm sun and hear chirp and whistles of birds. To dance and sing to the melody of nature." replied the little monk.

"Why are you here?" questioned the little monk, eagerly. "I am Nagdoo "the giant" this jungle is my home and I am the king of the jungle." replied the giant, arrogantly. "So you say jungle is your home that makes me your guest at house. Aren't you going to welcome me at your home." asked the little monk, soberly. "No, this is my jungle my home nobody is allowed to visit" said the giant in harsh tone. "Ohh hmm you & me, we all are visitors here somehow" replied the little monk in awe. "But I like you, you are so big so strong I am sure you have a big heart too" asked the little monk, teasingly. The giant said "huh no big heart in me you are not welcomed here in woods go back to where you hail from as soon or I will………" "Kiss me" uttered the little monk in mischief. "No…no…no, kill you destroy you" said the angry giant. "Ohh Nagdoo 'the giant' if you would have to kill me or destroy me then you would have done it a long while ago but instead we are talking and chatting. How wonderful is this, isn't it?"replied the little monk. The giant was puzzled.

"Your muddled stumped face is answer to my question" said the little monk. Startle by the wit of little monk the giant "smiled." "Isn't you have beautiful smile?" asked the little monk looking at giants smile. The giant said "your courage and wit has impressed me" and asked tell me what do you want from me? "Friendship" quickly said the little monk. "Friendship? What is friendship?" questioned the giant. "Friendship is selfless bonding and ageless relation between two or many persons. Friendship is trust" replied the little monk. "Trust? What is trust?" asked the giant. "Trust is faith between us for each other that we both will do only good things for each other" replied the little monk. "So how can I trust you that you will do all good things to me" questioned the giant. "By me helping you and you helping me because what you can do, I can't and what I can do, you can't. This makes us both unique in one or the other way" replied the little monk. "Fine what can you do that I can't" asked the giant.Looking up the hill the little monk said "wait drop me to hill next to the river and I will show you." So giant gently picked the little monk and dropped him up the hill by the river. The little monk ran in deep woods hurriedly while giant waited by the hill.A longtime passed the giant thought the little monk fooled him and escaped in woods. This made the giant anxious and angry. Soon in a while little monk came with something wrapped in big banana leaves. "Why so longtime you took…are you jerking with me?" questioned the giant angrily. "No my friend calm down look here see what I brought for you" said the little monk.

"The Giant peaked into the big banana leafs and saw sweet little colourful fruits. "Here go ahead, eat them and say how do they taste?" said the little monk offering fruit filled banana leafs to giant. The giant ate all of the fruits in one bite and said "hmm, they sure are sweet little bundles of joy… I like them all." "So now do you trust me?" asked the little monk, cutely. The giant blushed and said "Yes, I do… I do and yes, I would be your friend for rest of our lives." Then the giant picked the little monk up with his giant hands, placed him on his shoulder and they both walked towards the deep woods happily and laughing…Haw haha woo wee…The End
