While I was Lost in the maze of my own darkness,

You Flew in like a firefly, to show me my way out.

With every step we took together, My burdens lighten

And your light kept dimming throughout.

You din't just free my soul from dark,

You lit my body up with glow.

You spent your light taking baby steps with me,

You were where I'd always choose to go.

You died in my arms, leaving me full of light,
