You Gave Me The Wings To Fly

You not only gave me wings to fly but also told me how to fly

You gave me the courage to dream, and to make it come to happen

You told me my destination could be the sky, only If I try again

I was scared to fly, to flip my wings and gave it a try

What If I don’t succeed and I fail you and me

But how do I disappoint your confidence in me, this thought created a spark in me

I pulled my strength, overcome my fear, gave my wings something that they deserved

And here I am in the sky, spreading my wings in the blue sky like a true bird
