Winter's Evening

Winter's Evening

1 min
240

As the sun sets low in the winter sky

And the world is covered in a blanket of white

The evening air is crisp and cold

But my heart is warm with delight

The trees stand tall, their branches bare

A stillness fills the air, not a sound to be heard

The moon rises high, casting soft light

A peacefulness descends, like a gentle bird

I wrap myself in a cozy embrace

As I watch the beauty of the winter scene

The snow glitters like diamonds in the night

It's a world of magic, serene and serene

I breathe in the fragrance of the winter air

And let the peace of the evening sink in

The stillness and beauty of this winter night

Is a gift that fills my soul within

So I'll cherish this moment, this winter evening

And let its beauty fill my heart with grace

For there's nothing quite like a winter's night

To bring a sense of peace and a smile to my face.
