*Winter’s First Embrace*

Beneath the sky, a silver sheet,

Where snowflakes gather, soft and sweet,

Our paths entwined, a destined chance,

In winter’s arms, began romance.

The frost drew lace on windowed frames,

Yet all I saw was you, your name.

The world fell quiet, time stood still,

When our eyes met on that snowy hill.

Your laughter danced like winter’s song,

A melody where I belong.

In scarves and mittens, hand in hand,

We braved the chill, together planned.

The fire cracked, the embers glowed,

Our hearts spoke words no lips had told.

With every breath, you drew me near,

The cold dissolved when you were here.

Now every flake, each moonlit beam,

Reminds me of that winter’s dream.

For love was born in frosted air,

When I met you, nothing compared.

Beneath the pines, where whispers sway,

The snow would blush at what we’d say.

Each word a spark, each touch a flame,

Our love eternal, never tame.

The stars above, a diamond sea,

Reflecting all you mean to me.

Each winter's night, your warmth I crave,

With you, the cold becomes my brave.

No season fades this bond we keep,

In love's embrace, our roots run deep.

Through winter’s chill, through life's demand,

Forever yours, I'll take your hand.
