Will I Recognize Myself?

There is so much

To conceal,

To correct!

Not the face,

But the foul soul!

It's not about

The beauty outside

But

The heart within!

So many impurities to get rid of!

So many open-minded lessons to teach!

But,

Sometimes, I'm scared

That after all

These corrections

Of soul,

Will I be "me"?

Will I recognize myself

When I look

Into the mirror?

Will I?
