What You Might Have Been

It's never too late to take that plunge and be what you might have been

Jump back in the water, you still know how to swim 

It takes a little effort, have you got the will?

Nothing good can happen if you choose to just sit still

Age is just a number, it means little much at all

You need to climb the ladder it's best that you don't stall

Keep on pushing forward

Never look behind

You must always remember, that it starts within the mind

I say that you can still succeed and this my friends is good

Might not go as smoothly as planned, this must be understood 

So much still inside you, waiting to explore 

You still have the passion there's plenty of room for more
