Searching every crevice

Drops of steamy vapour

Clog and accommodate

Huge pressure to trickle

A mighty emotional quake

Within flimsy layers

Of palpitating hearts!


Sleepless eyes blink through

Praying fervently for the safety

Questioning atrocious mundane

Human activities in disgust

Foolishly believing to live

A life of comfort and ease!


Every human generates

Immense heat to trigger

A bold and strong quake

Bringing down mighty walls

Into rubbles of dust and debris!


Nature has punched

A nook with its mighty fist!

Counting down with fingers

Seconds wish for a relief

To breathe in life

Setting everything

 In motion again!
