Unseen Tomorrow

Unseen Tomorrow

Why did we invent the word tomorrow?

The unseen tomorrow tries to drown us in sorrow

It dips us in a lethargic paint

Makes us believe in fatal sprint

By piercing our body with countless arrows,

Why do we work for a better tomorrow?

Tomorrow is an illusion created to heap worries.

If you believe only in today, your life will be heaped with cherries

Tomorrow is an excuse created for not doing anything

Today is a belief generated for doing everything

Tomorrow is unseen, unfelt and imaginary

Today is seen, felt and the actual reality.
