Today I Am Lonely

"I loved you so hard,

But your least botherance spared us apart.

My feelings were so true,

But you never went through.

I was always with you,

In your black and blue.

Till that time I never realised,

The efforts made, were only from one side.

Your eyes always lied,

And, your sugary talks folded me blind.

The day finally arose,

When my pseudo dreams died.

This shock was really dynamite,

That shook me from the bottom line.

I recovered the stress before time,

And stood strong for self-pride.

Since the morning till night,

After burning, the midnight lamp oil.

Once and for all, finally I decide,

To fly about a mile. 

When he came to know,

He gave a big broad smile,

And thanked the spirit divine.

But one day he'll realise,

I lost the sunshine,

Being in search of dim light."
