Give me the real meaning of freedom!

not the stupid definition you saw somewhere in a museum.

Are we free right now?

we do things we don’t want to,

we work in jobs that we hate!

How’s that freedom?

freedom is not being free,

it’s living without regrets,

None of us are free,

we are jailed by our own illusions,

that we live a free life,

these might be harsh words, but we don’t 

doing what you love,

dancing in the rain,

singing at the moon,

painting with the colours of the wind,

That’s the only freedom,

don’t kid yourself that your existence is important.

your existence does not matter,

the way you lived does,

In my eyes,

Freedom is a red flag,

a person who’s says they have freedom, is lying,

Or another figment of your imagination,

Freedom does not exist,

that’s the brutal truth,

In my eyes,

Forget about freedom, you can’t have it ,

Live your life at its fullest,

You might not have freedom, but you have the choice to create your destiny.
