Life of oppression

filled with depression

due to continuous suppression,

left in my heart

a dreaded impression.


Still having a hope in mind

to gain joy of a kind

And leave the pain behind,

I think with a heart of glass

that this time will pass.


Leaving behind the oppression

And life empty of depression

due to continuous defeat of suppression

left in my heart

a dazzling impression.


Still having a fear in mind

to face tragedy of some kind

and leave the smile behind

I think with a heart of glass

that this time will pass.
