The Small Little Thing!
The Small Little Thing!
Of all the cliff that you conquer, the worldly stuff that you bring
Not a fraction of it can outweigh the small little thing.
The race you are a part of, the finish line or the top;
The frivolous desires that entwine your soul to drop.
The indefatigable attempt to fly or to cling
All of it is bereft of one small little thing.
It's the happiness, the joy, the realization of your being
It's the detachment of your notion from that societal string
It's the warmth of the summer and the flourishing of the spring
All this while I was hinting at this small little thing.
It's the love that you give, way more than you crave
It's the thing that you will carry all along to your grave.
It's the song that you sing, the emotions that you wring,
It is all that tantamounts to pure worshipping.
It's the genesis of joy that nurtures your inner calling
Spend some time to realize that small little thing
