'The Rain'
'The Rain'
The rain pitter-pattered
On my window sill,
Drenched is my mind
With dilemma and guilt.
Dripped with inner complexes
Regrets, grudges, and fear,
The unreasonable comparisons
Will lead me nowhere.
My mind is grappling
To eradicate the hurdles,
I go through potholes,
Hop over mud puddles.
I let the sparkling drops
Wash my inner conflicts,
Hope the rainbow bestows
Happiness, I merrily predict.
