The Probation Period

The undecided and unending PROBATION period
Of an otherwise COMMITTED and Dedicated Assistant Teacher
In an elite ORGANISATION 
Makes his life STAGNANT and JAMMED,
For the so- called TRIAL phase
At the start of the JOB (that is a SEVA for him)
Where the employer (organisation) ASSESSES 
The employee's (teacher's) PERFORMANCE, skills, and cultural fit,
While the employee EVALUATES the ROLE and organisation.

The undecided and UNENDING Mutual "getting to KNOW you" period
Seems to be JAMMED somewhere since decades...
And the STATUS of the employee (the TEACHER) in question,
On the BASIS of his success
Or being a good MATCH,
Is still SHROUDED in mystery...

Is it SO DIFFICULT for the Employer (organization) to EVALUATE
And see whether the EMPLOYEE (the teacher) in QUESTION 
PERFORMS well, UNDERSTANDS responsibilities,
And FITS the team or NOT???
