This is a, rather, PECULIAR mindset That RULES our society these days
That the so-called AFFLUENT teachers
Are judged, MEASURED and given Comparatively better PERKS and PAYMENTS 
Solely based on their CERTIFICATES.

Sounds PECULIAR??? But that's BITTER yet cent percent true!!!
Here, in TODAY'S institutions,
EXPERIENCE of even decades
With full DEDICATION and relentless SERVICE 
Fails to recognize the REAL teacher.

And this is HOW the world gets MANIPULATED
By the so-called 'POLICY-MAKERS'
Who, mainly, FAIL to bring justice
To the LIFE of some doubtlessly DEDICATED teachers
Who lose their ACTUAL abilities 
By the CULMINATION of
Good hope and PRIDE for life.

This is so RIDICULOUS 
And I directly OPPOSE it
With all pride and undying SELF-RESPECT!
If I have TALENT in me
And I KNOW it well,
Why shall I RUN after
Those people who are ENJOYING their time
On their 'Powerful Chair' ???

My ARADHYA Devi Ma Kali will
