The Past Mirror
The Past Mirror
Abstract rubies were on,
And the street was lit.
Yet the shrunken void,
At the corner of her heart;
Started growing and encroaching.
The douche of memories,
The flashes of moments,
Hit her hard and
Aggravated her limbic.
That three km stretch,
Leaped her back into the past.
All her efforts of moving on,
Were now in vain and didn't last .
Unfortunately and unknowingly,
He became the mirror again.
A mirror that she could see,
And reflect herself upon.
The difference was just that-
The mirror was in the past.
