The Capricious Lady
The Capricious Lady
Here's to my capricious lady,
Angels fall and the stars seem crazy.
Smiling like a thousand suns
Rising on the darkest skies -
I can't afford, I close my eyes.
You come in my deepest felicity
Neither it's luxury nor my necessity.
Every day of my light and dark,
I fall apart, in a thousand pieces of mine,
You collect all of me,
You make me align.
My heart beats again, I could feel my spine.
The smell of your crinkly hair reminds me
Of the fresh breeze
After the first April shower.
The touch of your hand leads me nowhere
It falls like rain and burns like fire.
There is something beneath the lips so weightless,
Very of its kisses makes me breathless.
In some nights, it made me freeze
I see teardrops falling down your blushy cheeks !
God, curse those people who make you cry.
Such morons still exist, I don't know why.
I don't know if stories heal,
Alone, the absence of you makes me feel.
But our horizons can't make a line,
It will take light years to concur our time.
I still drink you like a glass of wine
To feed the inner flames of mine
With stories told in delirium-states.
Our truths embedded in fictions
Occasionally exploding in crackles.
Our time’s over, destiny's call!
Can't hang up, angels do fall.
Standing on the verge,
I look back, I could see,
You’re still there -
In my evening tea and midnight coffee.
Your autumn mood in my good night grace
Long before my winter nights lost their pace.
Here I’m stopping this to keep me constrained,
‘Cause some stories are better unexplained.
