The Pain of the Drain (River)
The Pain of the Drain (River)
A shelter with do you know, we live in it, sleep in it, do everything in it
The shelter is blue do you have any clue?
Now let’s take you on the journey of the clue onto its blue hue.
It chooses to blend at times
And prefers to be straight at the time
Its journey is never like the bed of roses
The big dams control their moves
It restricts its passage makes it feel sad
It tries to cry but its tears are hidden in its wetness
What a giver you are
Your tremendous job can never be given battle
Its journey from the mountain to the ocean
It crosses difficult terrain
We infect its smile
It hides its anguish pain.
