A Token Of Love

Dear Palestine,

Your once happy land, your warm smiles and peace have now been utterly destroyed.

The arms that once welcomed expelled Jews have now been cut off by the very same people!

While your people fight for their land to be theirs again

Fellow Muslims from all over the world are trying to shed light on your struggles and root for your victory.

You are being treated very badly and denied basic human rights,

While we should be feeling ashamed for crying over minor inconveniences and wanting branded items!

While you lose your loved ones every day and would do anything to bring them back and spend one more moment with them

Here we are not being grateful to Allah (swt) for getting to spend time with our parents.

While we have the luxury of being able to dream big 

Your dreams are cut off at a very young age!

The world may see you as helpless but you (Palestinians) are the real heroes and inspiration for all of us muslims. We have all the resources to strengthen our imaan but we take it for granted!

Oh, Palestinians! Your level of Imaan in these testing times deserves our utmost respect. 

Your pain, your suffering, the unjust indiscrimination that you have been subjected to for 75+ years, it has taken us so long to open our eyes and for that, you deserve a big apology from us all!

Jannah is waiting to welcome all you martyrs and I truly hope with all my heart that you get the highest place in Jannah and

May you get all things in abundance there that these tyrants stole from you, Ameen!

This is my token of appreciation for you. Even though we are countries apart we are one ummah.
