The Moon

Adorning that black sky, glowing high all night,

Blessing twinkling eyes...appearing all pearly white.

Soothing minds with milky light...so gentle,

Guiding traveller on nights in a proper direction.

Giving poet unique inspiration... those scars on moon,

As if girl fighting through all with white glorious boon.

Reflecting moonlight from rippling ocean,

As if painter spilled silver colour with notion.

Making waves thrilled to meet lonely standstill shore,

As if innocent she yearning to be together with lover.

These eyes never forget to adore beauty that stands alone at height,

Filling our hearts...souls with tenderness and missing that one and only on every single night.
