The Meaning Of Life As We See It

There are many things in life we will miss,

The freedom to meet in groups with friends,

To hug your dear ones, or shake hands, or kiss,

For all you, socialising finally ends,

We paid a price for something, we did not do,

We have to accept this fact as true,

We have to be careful we have faced 

Enough strife,

We should learn to accept this virus is

Now part of our life.

This new life of ours is now a rebirth in many ways,

For the way we have lived, in isolation all these days.

Afraid of going out, without wearing a mask,

The first and always our foremost task,

Once again we see people in mask young and old,

The idea is wearing a mask, which we cannot put on hold.

This feeling of wearing a mask should come from within,

Or else you are a sure candidate for a coffin,

Its not a doomsday prediction just reminding you every day.

That we should not fall prey, but always safely stay,

So in all your life follow these rules,

Don't behave like silly fools,

Thinking others may get this virus

But not me,

You can also be a victim, its entry in to

Your body is free.

So be a part of this new normal every day.

Be safe, be cautious in every which way.

For then will start the process of healing,

You will always have a happy feeling.
