The Foundation

The foundation; the start of something new, the bricks sticking tightly together like glue. 

Slowly building up this mental foundation more and more, every time it falls, the day seems to rain and pour. 

But stronger it shall stand once rebuilt,

Often standing on its own, and being battered with heavy guilt. 

It’s like a battle, but against earth land and sea; Mother Nature has a mind of its own and tends to choose what she wants to be.

To build one’s foundation you must learn how to overcome and entire nation; alone one must stand, firm and patient, on solid concrete of one’s own foundation.

Family, friends and acquaintances will not be there throughout the mental battles; but truly you as a lone wolf shall stand alone, during this war of right and wrong which continuously takes a toll, but you must continue to fight and know where to hold and when to fold wise words from "Kenny Rogers - The gambler."

Life is indeed a gamble, hard for most to bare; many struggles along the line of poverty with barely anything to spare. 

This does not mean we must consider a truce with our issues.

FOUNDATION (Repeat x3), we must start small and build up our foundation; no matter how long it takes, no matter how much we shake, and no matter how long we may have to stay awake!

We must win this war in which we call life, and to do that we must have a stable foundation.
