With the dismay of a thousand suns 

What was left was all of blue 

The singing joyous breeze vanished 

Spreading a storm that was black in hue...


With the coolness of the monsoon rain 

A dead time was all it had to cost 

And when at last the sun peeped its way 

All was gone, all was lost...
