The Deep Well.

I feel like I'm trapped inside a deep well with no support at all.

Not a single rope to help me escape.

No matter how much I try I can't come out of it.

It's pitch black, so dark.

Not a single ray of light, nothing.

This numbness is killing me.

So many people have crossed the well but they didn't even take a glimpse inside.

They heard my muffled cries, they heard my screams yet their indifference knew no boundaries.

And it makes me wonder what are their hearts as empty as me at 3:00 am?
