The sound of the rain

May enkindle arousal pain

A pain within my mind

Mortal yet kind

Kind for my thought

Because it prevents the thought to rot

But mortal for my heart

Because it breaks apart

The four corners of my heart.

Now the sound of the rain

Reverberate in my vein

And initiate vascular pain

Surreal yet earthly

Surreal for the soul

Because it takes a toll

On my soul

Earthly for my conscience

Because it resonates an essence

The essence of your beauty and elegance.

I feel bewildered by this sound

For the sound of the rain.

Don’t you feel my pain??

Don’t you know the sound of the rain??

You know everything.
